Jenna is a rude manager. She implied we wrote a marked down on a price tag and refused to honor a sale properly. Talbots seriously needs to get their act together with their managers. I’ll be reaching out to corporate about my experience. Disappointed. Today Wednesday February 12, 2020. I bought 6 items and I was charged for 7 items. After I went home I realize of the mistake the cashier did. I went back to the store, wasting my time, gas and putting more miles on my car, since I live in another town, and I asked to talk to the manager, after I explain to her of the mistake the cashier did, she states that it was a mistake made by the scanner. ?????. People be aware!!!! Be sure of counting your items before you leave this store. No apologizes. NOTHING!!!!!!

GREAT experience if you get one of the younger staff members. The older women look you up and down with judgement which I don't understand? Wish they were friendlier. But the young girls are great.

Wow! I love this place and today I got a $160 item for about $40. Sales are great. Besides 60% off I got an extra 5% off for using my Talbots card and an extra 15% off using my birthday gift from Talbots.

My friend bought a red cashmere sweater for the holidays. They had several sales associates and they were all helpful. Cashier was able to look up credit card information and issue a new card because old card was expired.
