Horrible service, waited 20 minutes, so he can tell me that they charge for closing the box. Don’t go here. Went down the road to Red Bank no issues. People are so rude in this office. If I could give them 0 stars.

Super impressed with the two gentleman that were working Wednesday. I handed them two pieces of artwork that my kid and I made while visiting and they went above and beyond to make sure that it was carefully wrapped and shipped at a very reasonable and affordable price. Thank you guys so much!

Always very polite and quick. They recognize me. They know what they are doing. It is a neat and clean location. Very close to where I live.

The gentleman who waited on me was just very kind and helpful. I had lost the address I needed and he had helped me look it up And help me address the label correctly so get to where I needed it to go by the next morning. I had his full attention. He wasn't worried about anybody else and that's unusual these days

Several employees here over the past few weeks have convinced me to never use this store again Lazy, disinterested, and unfriendly. Why would anyone go to this store when the folks at the UPS in Lincroft are so cooperative, helpful and nice?

Joey was amazing and helped me decide to ship and have ups package two large pictures. Connor made me decide to have ups do it over the phone. Justin has helped me in the past. A great store with very helpful and nice employees!!

If I can give a zero I would. I was told by Amazon that regardless of the QR code saying customer packed that there was an exemption in the system that will come up when they scan it stating that I don’t need to buy a box. The guy that was at the store was on a power trip and refused to scan it. I’ve reached out to UPS support and was told that they were 100% wrong. Needless to say, I will never go to this store again. There are much better ones in the area that DID take my return and saw there was no problem!
