The nice lady who works here is the most pleasant USPS employee. Just goes out of her way to try to help out. My post office of choice because of her.

This is a satellite from Red Bank, a much larger post office and this does just as much business. Yet Red Bank will not allow more than one person to work here at a time so there are lines frequently. The mail person, Jaime, is absolutely superb in her handling of the job, professional, knowlegable and kind.

I had 30+ packages to send. The member of staff, Jaime, was working alone but was extremely polite, helped me with what I needed and made time for other customers whilst working on my request. Can't say enough about how great the customer service was. Thanks again!

I have aqlways had the BEST experience at this post office! I go a few times a month and find the employess are very pleasent and do a great job. Sometimes it seems they could use more help. This is not their fault if understaffed and over worked. Be fair.

The workers are so lazy at this location. There were two workers at once and they close their doors so they can both have lunch together at 2:30 PM with a bunch of customers waiting outside

When I have been at this post office, the workers have been helpful. they give advice on which is the best way to send your package. Yes, it takes a while to get through the line but once you get up to the front of the line you realize why. There's a lot of questions and where is it going and heaven forbid they have a passport issue. But I don't think the long lines are long waits are directly related to the employees in any way.really the only time I really experience a line there was during the holiday season. Up get

Based on most of the other comments, the USPS of Shrewsbury doesn't care. There is no way to get in contact directly with this office. They don't answer the phone.

Most post offices are no model for customer service, but this one sets a low bar. Slow, long waits, workers who could care less.
