We’ve been shopping at the grove and vineyard vine store for many years, I don’t usually write a bad review, but this one is a downer on the employee who was at the register today. We were shopping and looking for a particular logo long sleeve tee that they had displayed. We didn’t see them anywhere, my husband was talking out loud and said to me maybe we can ask if they have more stock in the back?
The employee behind the register yelled out nasty, who wants something from the back? Instead of sending over another store employee to help, she said whatever we have out, then she said as my husband and I are standing in front of at least 500 shirts look in the back! Not that I can’t help myself but there were many piles and we didn’t know where to start?
It would have been nice to have some help from staff, it is what it is. I must say the overall experience and quality of help is lacking big time!

I wish I could give zero stars!
I went to the VV store at The Grove in Shrewsbury NJ and had a horrible experience! I simply wanted to change a size of a pair of shorts I bought. The person in the store said I couldn’t exchange the size because the shorts I bought on Sunday were no longer on sale Monday so she tells me to return them, get the right size AND PAY THE DIFFERENCE BECAUSE THE SALE ENDED!!!!
Can you believe this? Never ever will I walk into a VV store again, neither will my wife and family.

Went there today for the 1st time. The staff was exceptional very helpful and not pushy. Store represented the brand very well definitely suggest visiting this store.

Nice store and great clothing. The staff is generally very friendly and helpful but their stock (men’s) is somewhat limited. I wish there were more styles/options from their website to buy.

I'm love'n Vineyard Vines lately and this store is great. From their On-The-Go pants, Performance Button Down shirts, 1/4 zip pullovers, to Performance Vests- they have great men's casual clothing...that looks great. Their prices are steep but the quality and comfort is there. The customer service here is great and you can easily purchase items online and immediately identify if they are are available for same day pickup.

This is personally my favorite clothing brand so I was very displeased to see the management so terrible there. They had little to no tags here and had to "price check" everything. They also didn't know if it was "sky blue" or "navy blue" which personally I think could be solved if they had tags. I went in a few days ago and yesterday to get a blouse. Both times they said they were "waiting for it". I recommend you skip this store and go to the nearest other one. I gave them 2 stars because of the Mattress Firm nearby.
