All customer service reps plus manager are polite, helpful and professional. Dahlia by far goes over and above and is a sweetheart and a credit to the organization.Give her a raise! The team helped get my script right after my doc misread his machine and I was seeing double! There was no charge for redo. I trust and recommend this location without reservation and I hope they stay for many years to come.

Liz was wonderfully engaging, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the glasses, appropriate sizes for my face, and style. She made terrific suggestions and inspired my purchase. Everyone there was great.

I am very grateful for the assistanceI received during my exam. It seems my last exam I was written the completely wrong prescription for what my exam results were.So I’ve been wearing the wrong glasses for a year. I just assumed the astigmatismI have was making it a bit blurry to see at times. Last year I went to vision works in Neptune where I was given the wrong prescription. Thankfully I saw a wonderful doctor in the shrewsbury vision works. She was extremely confused when she saw my last test results and new prescription i was wearing. I am so happy that this was able to be fixed. I can finally see well. I’m very very thankful for shrewsbury vision works.. thank you so much!!

I arrived for my appointment and provided my vision coverage card to the woman at the counter. Shortly after, another woman yells over to me that I don't have coverage.Alarmed at how she addressed me, I got out of my seat and walked over to the desk. I again provided my vision coverage card and she said that doesn't cover a medical visit. I said ok, and took out my medical coverage card. (BCBS Omnia HMH) She snapped at me and said that's not the coverage card she needed. I then handed her my vision, medical and dental card and said "I am paying for all of these coverages. How am I not covered?" She proceeded to speak down to me as if I didn't know what I was talking about. I then asked her "If none of these are valid, please tell me what coverage I need to obtain in order for the Dr. to see me today."We carried on back and forth for about 5 minutes, with her raising her voice at me, telling me I had an attitude and that she wasn't "dealing with me" any longer.At this point a woman came from the back to intervene as she had heard the commotion. She immediately told the woman at the desk (later identified as Stephanie- the MANAGER) that they do in fact accept BCBS insurance and there shouldn't be an issue or kick back.Stephanie then asked the woman (DR. MICHELLE AVERGON) if she could speak to her privately, to discuss her interrupting.They returned after several minutes and Stephanie said she'll just put it through and"it's whatever".The Dr then brought me in the back, where she checked me in and repeatedly apologized for the behavior of the staff. That is when I asked for the name and title of who I was dealing with.I am appalled that Stephanie- the manager of the office- not only was rude, ignorant and unprofessional, but she also brought the Dr in the room and scolded her for "embarrassing her".I have worked in the medical field for close to 15 years and have been in customer service for over 20. That is NOT how to treat a person. Especially not a patient who is looking for care.I am asking that this incident be looked into. Please reach out to Dr. Michelle Avergon to confirm this unfortunate situation.She was great about it and very nice and helpful.I'd like someone from corporate to call me or please put me in the direction of who Stephanie's manager is, so that I can inform them of her horrendous behavior.Thank you,

My mom wouldn’t leave a review so I will. She was the last patient of the day and they pushed her through. They messed up her prescription and the $250 glasses she received make her dizzy and are wrong. She’s back to her old prescription after a week. Don’t go here

I was not happy with my first pair of glasses that i purchased. When i went in to return them i was greeted by employee #115468. She was everything and more. She helped me pick out a Frame that looked nice on me and then she took the time and explained everything that i was able to get. Such as Progressive lens, tint on the glasses. Just very very helpful. My son has an appointment coming up and will definitely make a B-line for employee #115468! I was in there Shrewsbury office.
