My experience for service was very good. They communicated effectively, held my car for me until the right parts came in, and it was ready when they said it would be ready.The only issue is the scheduling service they use. I called the number on the website to schedule my service. I explained my issue (which was a water issue), and they scheduled my appointment for the next day. When I brought it in, they told me that water issues were only handled on Wednesdays (this was Thursday), so I would have to bring it back the following week.So the onsite service was great, helpful, and fair, but the scheduling service needs to be improved.

We had our daughter’s Jeep serviced here at World CDJR, which was where we purchased it a few years back. From now on, we won’t go anywhere else for service! From the moment we stepped into the service department, everyone was so friendly and professional. Nick went above and beyond and is truly an asset to this company. He was so patient and kind. He explained everything in detail and was so considerate. The cost for services not covered under a warranty are very reasonable as well.We highly recommend World CDJR!!!

Ultra nice and helpful staff. They took me in with a single days notice for a quick oil change. Shuttled me to and from my office to help me. I will be using them from here on out. A+++++

Beware! Service Review….went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation before I was taking my Jeep on a long trip. Felt I would be safer going to an actual dealership rather than a Jiffy Lube or such. Not the case!After arriving at my destination I discovered that ALL of the lug nuts on my back driver side wheel were loose. Apparently only hand tightened on.Their Master Mechanic (as we were told to be the one doing the oil change and tire rotation) failed to tighten any of the lug nuts on my back driver side tire.A huge mistake had been made that could have resulted in tragedy. Even though this was upsetting, we remained reasonable and reached out to the service dept explaining the issue.Even after knowing the severity of the issue , the service manager did not respond . We had to call a second time.His only solution was to offer me a free oil change and tire rotation!!!We asked if we could bring the Jeep into a nearby dealership for inspection and or repair and they said yes, but it took several days before the dealership could even look at my car.I called Tom , the service manager to ask if they would at least get me a rental car and he flat out said “No”.He told me that the same thing has happened to him and I should have known what was wrong with the car .Wonder if he also went to the same “Master Mechanic “??In the end no one was hurt and I have my car back , but my purpose in writing this review is to make the public aware that using this dealership for service is NOT a good idea!People make mistakes, but the way they DID NOT take care of this situation is appalling to me. Complete lack of care , concern, and resolution after such a major mistake.

This dealership is a waste of time! Brought them a truck for sale, as referred by KBB. First, representative spent lots of time checking the truck, dealing with papers, talking to the phone with someone, then gave me the price and told me to come next day to meet the manager for a paperwork. Next morning the sales manager wanted to see the truck and we drove it after I mentioned there was a small jerk between 1/2 and 5/6 gears in transmission and since I still had Extended Ford Care Warranty I had repaired the truck at the official dealership before sale, which felt smooth and like new after the repair. Sales manager told me that he felt something (which he could not describe apparently) and was not comfortable paying the price anymore (saying something like it would cost him $4,000 if there were something wrong). As I had other dealerships participating in KBB offers, I went away and sold the truck to someone else. By the way, when I mentioned transmission repair to other people they were saying it felt just fine.

I am very pleased with my experience at this dealership. Purchased a 2023 jeep compass and the process could not have been easier. Anthony is excellent, and my family has been coming to him and bought numerous cars from this dealership. Excellent service

Very pleased with the service provided. Nick our service advisor did a great job, from scheduling the appointment to following up on the progress of our repair. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I will definitely use World Jeep Service for future needs.

I can't comment on the dealership themselves because I haven't purchased a car from them. But their service center is very friendly, and give you no pressure to have the work done by them. They'll tell you what needs to be fixed, and if you say you don't want the work done, then they will send you on your way. No sales pitches or pressure.

Dealt with Tom when dropping my truck off. He was very informative and knowledgeable about all the issues I had. Not only did they do a great job and get everything done, they had my Gladiator ready the next day so I could take it out on the trails for the weekend! Thanks again Tom!

Leased a wrangler here, for the first 2 years/20k miles of regular servicing the service department NEVER ROTATED THE TIRES! Manager was dismissive about it but I finally got them to replace the tire most damaged (all were showing ‘cupping’). Even still, thousands of miles later, the ride is very rough and loud- can’t even drive with windows open or top down.

All in all, had a fairly good experience! They let us freely test drive the vehicle, offered water more than once and answered all questions I asked with extensive explanations. Vehicle did have issues that should have been taken care of before the sale, but nothing too major. 4 Star worthy
