Very unhappy with their customer service. Especially a lady named Denise. Customers ask for help with purchasing an item and said they didn't mind waiting for someone who is available to help and Denise still denied helping or finding someone who can. Basically told me no. I never experienced that, very surprised because I didn't mind waiting and she still just said no we are not going to help. I asked to speak to the manger Denise said no again. Didn't give alternate solution or anything just no. Denise definitely should not be in customer service department if she has no interest in assisting customers. I should have just gone to Shoprite like I normally do.

This place is absolutely disgusting and filthy. All of the produce or rotten got bugs on them or massive holes.
How can you spend this much money trying to fix up a place and provide the worst produce in the world.

Called the Pharmacist to check if they received my prescription and was told they did and would have ready in a hour . I needed quickly and was very grateful for how well they took care. Thank you for the great service

I take my mom shopping at Acme once a week, and we always need to stop by the pharmacy.⭐️- The staff is friendly, and they know my mom by name on sight, so they add that personal touch.⭐️- Her doctor called in some Rx's, The pharmacist knew my mom has Gastrointestinal problems, so they called her doctor to change the Rx since there was a chance it would have clashed with her other Rx's, and messed up her stomach worse⭐️- The cost of the generic drugs here were the same, or lower than other Pharmacy prices.— A nice, friendly neighborhood Pharmacy, conveniently tucked inside the Acme.

This past Tuesday, 4/14, I was in this store & purchased 2 portions of salmon from the seafood dept. Usually when I get it the portion is between 4-5 oz. each. This time they looked a bit smaller but, I purchased them anyway. When I got home they were more like 3 oz. apiece. What is going on? They weren't any cheaper than normal at $4.99 each. I am truly disappointed about this. I do not know who cut the portions but, either the portions need to go to 4-5 oz. again or you need to lower the price. Next time I will go across the street to Shop Rite for my salmon.

I love Acme and I shop in this store a lot last week went in for normal grocery shopping and found a few things that disappointed me. My partner can’t handle blinking lights because of possible seizures. And there is a entire row of lights across the store blinking. The bathrooms are gross I touched meat that had blood went to wash my hands!!! And I’ve stop at the customer service area ask them to supply my favorite dressing which they carry the same brand but not Caesar. They said it wasn’t a problem I’ve asked more than once. I’ve never seen it in stock.

I was just asked to come back in the morning because no one in the store can fill canoli shells...this isn't rocket science...if you can work a piping bag you can accomplish this task.

Fully stocked with almost anything you can think of. Nice, wide, well-lit aisles. Great produce selection.
