Excellent price to tow my vehicle to the repair shop. Prompt service by arriving exactly when they said they would. I have a very difficult driveway to maneuver but the driver was very adept in circumnavigating it. He was courteous and professional! I'll definitely use them again! Thanks AMT!

The lady who answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon was super rude. I asked for a quote and gave the pick up location and she immediately stated she couldn't do it and hung up on me mid sentence. Didn't even allow me to inquire about making arrangements for later in the week. So much for customer service.

Terrible customer service and overall experience. They posted up outside of a high school basketball tournament, and were offering to tow cars at an obscene rate. They told us that it was "250 dollars in cash or 300 dollars on a credit card". They then proceeded to laugh at the misfortunes of the multiple patrons who were stuck in the mud and only needed a tow <100 feet. When they realized people were searching for alternative options, they then threatened patrons that they were going to call the police. Worst towing company ever that shouldn't be in business anymore.

Terrible company! They park junk cars in the woods behind their shop. They know it is zoned rural. Mayor and Council of Washington township wont do anything because they would have to fine the owner (same owner as Luna Rosa) of the property.. I have met with owner/operator of Steve's Auto and am more inclined to believe the first two raters.

They said they'd be there in 30 minutes and they came in 30 minutes. Driver was very friendly and I didn't experience any prejudice from him.

I called this Company at 2am and they told me that they wouldn't be able to get someone to me in 2 hrs...I had no problem with that but I did not understand as a business owner why they would tell me that I would be better off calling someone else to assist me. Perhaps they are that well off as a Company to not want to do business. Do not depend on this Towing Co. for anything.
