Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jullian and getting new phones for my family. His customer service is phenomenal. He really treated me as if I was family. Watching him multitask and deal with me and another customer was a wonderful experience. He really has a âtreat everyone like familyâ attitude! He smiled the whole time while making sure myself and the other customer got everything we needed. I walked into AT&T not knowing what I wanted or where to go. all I know is that I wanted to leave T-Mobile. Jullian made that possible for me! Iâm extremely greatful! He broke everything down piece by piece. Making sure I understood every little detail!!! If anyone ever goes to the Sicklerville location ask for Jullian because he will do right by you and you will leave there very confident about your new service and your new phones!!!

Poor service. After update just bricked my phone. They said call customer service. I did that before I arrived....1 hour call that lead them to make me call samsung...another 45 wasted frustrating minutes.
Time to give Verizon a try.
Woman wouldn't let me see my own account information. Well when you have something to hide....I guess you hide it.

Destiny was amazing. Very knowledgeable. Able to answer all my questions. Helped me restore my info to the new phone when my phone was damaged. Very personable. Patient with me. I had multiple questions and she took the time to answer them. Thank you Destiny.

Will never go to this location again. The process takes too long (over 2 hours) and I think this is a distraction. Upgraded my phone and was told that as a result of my upgrade, my Apple Watch would be upgraded free. This was a lie. Upon receiving my billing, I was charged over $300 for the new Apple Watch. I take some blame for not reading everything very closely but after 2 hours, I wanted out. Be careful and read everything closely.

Took an elderly friend to get his phone fixed it just needed to reset back to factory settings but no staff was able to do anything at this location..

I came to our local Sicklerville store while sick and in distress about an account charge that tech support secretly included in my account. Gabe, the store manager stepped in and assured that he will do his best to get it fixed. Gabe was so helpful and in fact contacted me on his day off to bring the good news. He went above and beyond to help. Thank you Gabe. Our family truly appreciate it. Keep up the amazing work that you do.

This is my first time ever leaving a review, I let it go the first time when an associate at this exact location updated my grandfathered-in plan to a different plan without my knowledge. It took me hours and days to finally convince customer care that I never requested these changes. On Feb 8th 2024 I went to the Sicklerville location, for a new i phone for my son. A male associate was being the typical salesman, we talked about my grandfathered plan which I told him I donât want to change it, but he still wanted to talk about other plans. This salesman said Atnt will automatically start making changes on insurance plans etc I told him I wasnât interested that I have 10 lines under my name and not everyone is interested. Even after I told him I donât want any changes this salesman still made the insurance changes on my plan now Iâm being charge 50.00 extra on insurance. He also said the charger for the new iPhone 15 pro was free and I was still charged for it, I noticed when I checked my email the next day but didnât want to deal going back to the store and cry over 15.00 but now this is too much. I trusted this associate with my account to make an upgrade not to make changes just because he felt like it. Do you make commission for making changes on peoples accounts ? He also added the Atnt next which I never requested. Left this review so the rest of you out there can be careful, maybe ask for a paper receipt on the changes of your account and for salesman name. This was my mistake, I thought I was dealing with a bad salesman the first time but now I see that I donât ever have luck with this store. It looks like I will on the phone with customer care tomorrow.
