This is my first time ever leaving a review, I let it go the first time when an associate at this exact location updated my grandfathered-in plan to a different plan without my knowledge. It took me hours and days to finally convince customer care that I never requested these changes. On Feb 8th 2024 I went to the Sicklerville location, for a new i phone for my son. A male associate was being the typical salesman, we talked about my grandfathered plan which I told him I don’t want to change it, but he still wanted to talk about other plans. This salesman said Atnt will automatically start making changes on insurance plans etc I told him I wasn’t interested that I have 10 lines under my name and not everyone is interested. Even after I told him I don’t want any changes this salesman still made the insurance changes on my plan now I’m being charge 50.00 extra on insurance. He also said the charger for the new iPhone 15 pro was free and I was still charged for it, I noticed when I checked my email the next day but didn’t want to deal going back to the store and cry over 15.00 but now this is too much. I trusted this associate with my account to make an upgrade not to make changes just because he felt like it. Do you make commission for making changes on peoples accounts ? He also added the Atnt next which I never requested. Left this review so the rest of you out there can be careful, maybe ask for a paper receipt on the changes of your account and for salesman name. This was my mistake, I thought I was dealing with a bad salesman the first time but now I see that I don’t ever have luck with this store. It looks like I will on the phone with customer care tomorrow.

The people in white horse pike don't fixed the problem with my service I was out of service for 3days.I decided to go to another AT&T branch and the people in cross key road was really good and they fixed the issue without problem.I'm really disappointed with the people's in white horse pike really ignorant and rudeAfter I did a big change on phone and internet they treated me very rude when I ask for help to fix my service.Never again with this kind of people.I'm happy with the service that cross key road give me I give a good reference to the service

The staff member who assisted me displayed a slight lack of courtesy when I inquired about something. Nonetheless, I must commend the store manager for his/her excellent service. While my issue was not completely resolved, it is primarily due to Apple's policies rather than any specific fault on your company's part.

Way too pushy with sales and added insurance to my new phones even when I waived it. I didn’t find out until after my bill came in. I will not be using them again! Beware the do stuff to your account without approval!
