Words cannot express my gratitude and appreciation in regards to Sai's thoroughness and commitment to his customers and craft. Sai had to overcome some challenges pertaining to technical issues and customer dilemmas at the same time, however, his professionalism and integrity was beyond outstanding! Actually my friend went to this boost Mobile he went to the one on White horse Pike in the lady was unable to repair his phone and she told him it would take 72 hours we went to this boost Mobile and the girl repaired the situation in 3 minutes

Went in, to have my phone turned on, and right off the top, she said she couldn't do, and gave me reasons why, ended up calling her superior, and he walked her through the process.

Sat, Oct 15. Bought a new phone from Boost online for an existing account. It needed a new SIM card to activate. The associate here knew exactly what to do. Great experience.
