I have been renting from them for over 6 months I pay 130 monthly I came to get my things 3 days ago and discovered that I had mole all over my stuff I not to mention have my things stored inside where that should have been avoid . The year round with ventilation well today is day 3 of me coming here and no one has been here and I am unable to contact any manager the phone just rings.over 5000 dollars worth of things damaged .and I'm pissed o don't ever leave reviews

I had an amazing experience with Theodosia! From the moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere set the tone for my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure that I needed everything . His attentiveness and genuine care and customers service made all the difference.
Every question I had was answered promptly, and he took his time to make sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find such outstanding customer service these days. I left feeling truly appreciated and satisfied with my experience.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I discovered mold growing on several of my belongings in my storage unit today, and the employee I spoke with completely disregarded my concerns. I was told that the facility has ongoing HVAC issues and that dehumidifiers have been plugged in to remove excess moisture — meaning these units are not truly temperature-controlled as advertised.
Instead of offering any assistance, the employee simply said he would take photos and upload them to my file, then told me to file a claim with my own insurance. No support, no accountability, and no resolution were offered.
Now we have to spend even more money to move our belongings out of this poorly maintained and mold-infested facility. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with how this situation has been handled.

I’ve had a great experience at this Public Storage location. The manager, Theodosia, has been nothing but pleasant and helpful every time I’ve needed assistance. They go out of their way to make sure everything is clear and easy, which makes the whole process stress-free. The facility is always clean and well-kept, which gives me extra peace of mind. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for storage with excellent customer service!
