Thieves. Firstly, whispered about me getting an empty coffee cup despite me buying a creamer and a 20oz soda. Tried to then charge me $3 for the cup until the manager said to give it to me for free cause I was buying other beverages….. she rang it up to $10.52 with the cup then supposedly removed everything And rerang just the creamer and drink it came to just over $7…. Yet my card was charged the $10.52…. And she said see there you get a free cup and didn’t give me a receipt. I wasn’t rude to these people outside of saying yeah I’m not paying $3 for an empty cup. But to be talking shit on customers is wild between heritage and the DG across the street no wonder small local stores are dying and people have to travel to get anything done cause the people they hire for these jobs don’t provide any form of customer service they hate having to be there so they’re going to Make you also hate having to be there.

I freaking love the new manager Jenn 💜💕she is freaking amazing I wish I could give her a 100+ !! Jenn girl your presentation is everything !!! I mean A1 ! Your are a very wonderful woman and I’m so glad you are at this store now !!!!!! You make the store very alive along with ur workers ! Each worker there is amazing and Kim !!! Oh my Kim she is wonderful ! This

I grew up in the neighborhood. I fondly remember several Heritage's employees, who always looked out for us kids. It really felt like a neighborhood store. 20 years later, that warmth is gone. There only seems to be kids working... without a single care. The last several times we ordered food, it was burnt. I could smell it in the store, but I thought, 'There is no way they would serve it.' Well, they did. I've reached out twice to 'contact us' on their website, but have not heard back. It's so disappointing.

Horrible staff managers are very rude disrespectful the store manager pulled a worker in the back the other day was very loud unprofessional started harassing him and fired him will never go back there again definitely need to retrain your managers or let them go

This is the fourth time I've ordered extra cheese and meat and not gotten it. It cost about 5 extra bucks to put it on the sandwich and I don't want to be rude about it at the counter when I order, but it's really upsetting when you haven't eaten all day. I took pictures of it to ask what's up next time I go ?

I got 2 heritage hoagies yesterday and they were not good at all. I also bought a bag of jalapeños chips that was stale. When I went there yesterday I didn't realize the handicap parking is the last parking spot. I'm really upset that their food isn't good and they don't care about the handicap. I will not be going back there again.

The staff is pleasant, the store is clean, hoagies and ice cream are delicious! Just heard about the milk club, I need to join! I wish I started shopping here a long time ago.

Got lunch for my grandson and I today. Sandwiches where very fresh and tasty. My four year old grandson ate his whole sandwich, he enjoyed it.

I Go There For A Turkey & Cheese On A Kaiser Round Roll, & Usually Haven’t Had Any Problems, Until The Other Night, I Ordered Same Sandwich, & Dude That Made Sandwich, Screwed It All Up, No Sweet Peppers, So Salt, Pepper , & Oregano, I Aked For Vinegar & Oil, Don’t Believe That Was Suppose To Be On Kaiser Roll, Just Made A Mess Out Of The Whole Sandwich, By The Time I’ve Drive Back Home, I Think They Close @ 10:00Om On Sunday!!! A convenience store with just about everything. Good breakfast sandwiches and hoagies. It's a little pricey but that's where the convenience part comes in. I stop almost every morning for my bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel!!
