I also drove down when they were closed. They're a small business and they *earned* that vacation!
I went back when they were opened with my spouse and our dogs -- HOLY MOLY. What a hidden gem! I wish we had found them sooner. We splurged a bit and bought one of every cookie in the display case and what we found was an immense love for dogs and cookie decorating.
But did that splurge break the bank? Not even close. This place has superior products and is super affordable for folks looking to pamper their pooch. Just be aware you need to call ahead for cakes -- because they're just that in demand! They fortunately had some cupcakes in the display that were very much enjoyed by our boys.

I have drove down there twice now from Cherry Hill area with my dog and they were closed. I guess they just open when they feel like working.

K-9 Kakes is awesome! We go here every year for our dog’s birthday and they absolutely love all the treats! The staff is so helpful and inviting! I had the best conversation with Rhiannon. She really guided me through what ingredients were in the treats since my dog has dietary needs. Thank you so much for the excellent service and amazing treats for our boys birthday!

I ordered a cake for my dog's 16th birthday & picked it up yesterday. It was absolutely adorable! Even more important, Duke loved it! The store was so cute inside with some bandanas, cookies, etc. to purchase in the front. The woman I spoke with said they are doing Easter baskets soon. I will definitely be back.

Went in with my puppy Klaus today and we had the best time ever ! Very friendly service and made my pup feel so special. He loved the treats and they have the cutest dog bandanas . Thanks for a great experience. !!

Ms. Dee Dee was extremely sweet and patient with us and our new pups. It was lovely to see her care in her creations and giving us some knowledge on treats on our first visit. Our boys were very pleased with tasting her vanilla treats. 🐾

Drove 45 minutes and went in for the first time and the staff was super friendly and explained everything to us very well! Our pup was very excited and loved all the goodies he got! We will definitely be returning for the years to come for all of our baby’s special days ?

I have been going here for years, since back when they were at their old location. All my dogs love their cookies and their cakes, and you can tell the items are well made and made with love! When my elderly bichon would not eat anything else she would always eat their cookies, which would "get her juices flowing" and then inspire her to eat her regular food. I truly believe that by this they helped add several years to her life as she had chronic kidney disease and keeping her well fed with low protein foods was very important. (She was 18 when she passed.)

My girl had the best birthday ever and LOVED her peanut butter flavored cake!!!! Such a cute bakery and smells like a human bakery!!! Will definitely be back :)
