The person who checked me in was very courteous and professional. The facility appeared clean. Wait time was not bad. The tech (a woman with big dark curly hair) who drew my blood was short with me and rough.
I've had blood drawn many times. It has never hurt as much as it did today. All she would do is give reasons why it shouldn't be hurting. The fact is, it did. Very much and I'm guessing it was her technique and how rough she was. I will make every effort to not return to this location.

I thought this location ran very efficiently while I was here (7am), especially considering that they don’t accept appointments for bloodwork. They had check in kiosks and called me back quickly. I was in the chair for bloodwork within 10 minutes of arriving, despite there being about 20 customers coming and going while I was there.
I have the worst veins for bloodwork and needle anxiety, but Josh was miraculously able to keep me calm and get the job done. I had a very good experience at this location and would highly recommend!

I will not be coming here again. The lead Josh is very nice but the one woman has an attitude all of the time and the blonde woman can’t get a hard stick. The blonde woman sticks me 2 times every time before calling in the other woman. The other woman gets me on the first try every time, I asked her name (so I can request her and not get stuck 3x everytime I go) and she replies “I can’t tell you that”. And she’s not wearing any ID. The attitude is ridiculous.

Arrived early on Friday. No appointment. Waited over one hour to be called. Waited another 1/2 hour. This place is a joke. Only have two technicians drawling blood. Going to report back to my insurance company.

Horrible experience here. I had an appointment for 8am on the 27th of April 2024 and got there 7:25, checked in on my phone and got a text around 7:40 that a technician is ready to see me and I should wait in the check-in area to be called. I waited till 8:20 and had to say something because I saw people who didn't have an appointment getting called in. Literally someone came in around 8:18 and was called less than 2 minutes after. I was told that maybe their system was down when I checked in and one lady had to tell me to watch my attitude "I'm trying to help you" she said. I eventually left in anger. These folks think they're talking to their kids or something. Worst place ever! Horrible staff on this day April 27th 2024.

i love romanye's work she is not rude like other staffs some staff there are really loud just like the name vivian i think that is how you spell her name but she is pretty loud and sounds rude one of the girls with red hair i think she is Puerto Rican she is calm and nice it's just the other girl name vivian

Can not set up an appointment on-line. States Email not recognized. 1) previously set up appts with this email addr...no problem. 2) got results sent to this email addr. SO WHY AM I NOT RECOGNIZED TO SET UP AN APPT NOW? ALSO CALLING TO RESOLVE GETS YOU NOWHERE!!!

The point of an appointment is not to wait. Appointment time was 930. Waited for 20 minutes then left. Kiosks weren't working to check in. A common occurrence. And staff was ok just not pleasant. Like it was a bother that they had patients

Took my son for blood work. We were in and out quickly. My only complaint: trying to sign in at the kiosk was time consuming and frustrating. The receptionist had to fix some of our sign in info. However, she was kind and professional through the process. Tracy did a great job getting blood from my son. He was visibly nervous beforehand, and afterward said "it was just the tiniest pinch." Very pleased with the experience overall--just really didn't care for the check-in kiosks.

REFUCE US FOR NOT PUTTING A CC or debit card on their file!! Went to get my child bloodwork, and the lady checking us in refused to help us because I wouldn’t leave a credit / debit card on file.She tried to keep assuring me there would be no charges placed on it - but then why do you need it if you SAY you won’t use it?????? I hear lies, because I read reviews in several places.I’m sure there are other places to get bloodwork.

Yesterday i went. Not my first time the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and condescending . I didn’t respond as I normally would have in speaking up for self. I think im just over the rude culture in south jersey. I notice people just let it slide and this here we are. There was an issue with the kiosk she said she could fix it. Why do a kiosk if you have to do it again once called. But itsthe policy so i did it. I handed her cards she slammed in the desk. Today i had to go back for more bloodwork shes in her front desk pleasant personality. I said absolutely nothing but was needed. The tech he was good. My veins small so unfortunately i have to go back. He didn’t want to keep sticking me. could’ve asked the other technician but he had his reason and I understood . Excellent customer service to all.
