ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!VERY RUDE MAN. UNWILLING TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND. I'm a DISABLED SENIOR and bought a new phone and number. I was encouraged to keep old phone and number for little$$, I did. Phone was stolen and person is using all my stored info. I can't turn it off WITHOUT GOING TO A PHYSICAL STORE WITH ID. I'M DISABLED!!! UNABLE TO GET THERE....... Why can't I face time ANYONE in the whole company to presentIdentification in this age of FACE TIME

I have never had a good experience at this location. I've been to this MetroPCS about 7 times in the past few years and the woman behind the counter is NEVER able to help me with ANYTHING. She always says I have to go home and call customer service for any questions or help that I need. Even when I do call customer service and they tell me I need to go into the store for help she still says she can't help me. Every. Single. Time.

So my father purchased this T-Mobile 5g wifi tower and not even 2 months from purchase date it doesn't work. So, I decided to take it back and bc there's no insurance on it, he would have to pay another 50.fora new one. They do not honor their products. So now my father is out more money. I don't understand how the consumer has rights if the company is going to uphold themselves accountable for selling malfunctioning products.

Horrible place! I called and had a few wuestions, and the un-educated lady who answered wanted to rush off the phone. Me and my wife were wanting to come in and get new phones from this sicklerville location and she totally was bothered with any questions we had!Sicklerville METRO PCS is no good, stay far away from this place folks. The people are extremely rude and unprofessional!
