My sister and I went to this salon 2-3 weeks ago and our nails are still looking amazing. No chip or anything. We also got pedicures done and I have no nails to work with in the beginning but my toes look so good. The service was so good and I love that massage chair. First spa I went to that had massage chairs while getting a pedicure.

Came in for a refill and left with my nails looking like I need a refill!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! Horrible service!!! Lisa did my refill which was a mess!!!! Then Jasmine call her self fixing them!!!!! Both need to go back to school!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Nice Nails for years. Everyone is kind and respectful as well as helpful. Tons of colors. Best Pedi I ever had. I also love my manicures. Makes my hands feel/look great!

Best nail salon around. They give the best pedicures and manicures. Affordable and efficient. They always make sure u like the color before continuing, and are so respectful of your time. So friendly, lots of smiles. Not chatty, which I like.

Literally so cute. When i called they were immediately able to make me a same day appointment. I got my nails done by a man and he did my nails in 40 minutes, he was interacting and so kind. Acrylic full sets are $45 but in total I ended up paying $60 for these nails. My friend got a pink gel manicure and it is so cute , she cannot complain either . She paid $30.
It has been 6 days since i’ve gotten my nails done some cloudiness is starting to appear, not sure why. (The 3rd picture displays this but it is not so visible on camera)

Awful, worst sculptured nails done .. Over an hour and still couldn’t correct them .I took them off my self on vacation .. bad compliments .. but did a great job on eyebrow waxing

Very disappointed! Took my daughter who has been letting her nails grow out for almost TWO months there to get a mani. She wanted a design that was for a tiny bit longer nail, i specifically said DONT CUT HER NATURAL NAIL. They ended up cutting all of her nails and putting tips on them and then cut/fileD them to almost her natural length BEFORE they were cut.
The design was crappy done & it took like 2.5hrs.
I was told it would be 1hr. Never again ???

Had hallie do my nails, she was fast, informative, did a very well job with shaping my nails and I’m very picky with that. Clean salon. Recommend going there! Will be going back soon. My nails last me 3 weeks before a refill is needed. No lift on polish either.

Horrible. I called and made an appt for my daughter and I. We arrived on time. Kim did refill on my daughter and there was no one available for my gel manicure. I waited until my daughter was finished and I declined service from Kim because the point of making an appointment together was so we could leave at the same time. Manager realized my disappointment and gave me a 5.00 coupon which I left on the counter because I will not return to this salon. When you make an appointment, you expect to be serviced in a timely manner. There is no excuse for this. Greed and poor business management

My last and final experience did not go well here. Given the location was convenient to my house, I occasionally would stop by for a quick gel manicure. After giving this place a few times, this was my last time. After noticing, when given manicures, tools never came out of a package or were cleaned in front of me which made me hesitant. The lady began my gel manicure and cut a lot of my skin around my fingers and i ended up having 3 big cuts (one on my thumb, middle finger, and pointer finger). I kept pulling away and she didn’t notice how much she was cutting….i did not like my nails (as the tips were lightly sparkled, wanted it darker) i told the lady and she did another coat and I just left unsatisfied.
The biggest part where I felt upset, I called the next day, and I asked when are you open till? And the owner says, “It depends”. Um, what? Depends on what? I explain my concerns and the owner says okay well the lady will be in tomorrow. I don’t want the lady who gave me horrible cuts on my fingers to do my nails again??
So I am left still 6 days later with awful cuts, that are infected where it is painful to text and type while at work and dissatisfied of my nails. I would not suggest coming here. And I am only writing this review because of how I was treated last time plus getting an infection my finger.

Hey I've been coming here for a couple of years now & honestly I only came because you can honestly sit right down. Every time I left this nail salon I was never pleased. They don't know how to do any designs or even do a Simple shape without it being uneven. I expressed many times that I have OCD. Welp Friday 9/1/23 was my last day coming to this salon. I came there to get natural nails done with a gel polish. She left all of this gel & acrylic all over my hands. She even made me bleed I told her multiple times all she did was smile. I even brought costumers here & they hated this place. It's very boring & not a vibe at all. I would never come back here or recommend anyone.
