This has got to be the worst PNC. Scratch that the worst bank that I’ve ever been to.
They don’t greet customers. Each transaction takes 15 minutes. All of the bankers have the craziest look on their face like they’re doing God‘s work. Humble yourselves, please. Come greet customers who are standing in your lobby for 15 minutes. Bank manager, even if you can’t help us come out ask about our transactions ask about our day. I used to work for PNC. I’m deeply disappointed by this branch. Definitely never coming back here. I know the employees will probably read this and be like yeah fine good riddance, but I’m sure that I’m not the only customer with this sentiment. Do better. Higher-ups you gotta take a look at this branch and retrain them all in customer service.

I had a wonderful experience,with this branch today..i want to recognize,the manager May..She went far and beyond to help me,with a very stressful situation...as soon as I walked in the door,I was greeted immediately..she was very professional, welcoming,and a problem solver...I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you May!!! 5 ☆

It was 1:02PM on a Saturday and I thought the branch closed at 2:00PM. I was late by only 2 minutes and they wouldn’t let me in.
Rules are rules I guess!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We waited in the waiting area for a Representative for over a half hour. While we were waiting they had a customer leave the office with an escort only to return 5 minutes later and was allowed to cut in line in front of us. Worst customer ever.

The one girl working the drive thru had me there for 47 minutes. 7 other cars came and went next to me. This was horrible. They same girl greeted and said goodbye to the people in the lane next to me. The receipts she gave stated she processed them at 12:24pm but i didn't get my receipts till 12:46. When she gave me the receipts she said sorry it took so long i was helping people before you in the lobby. Which makes no sense since she waited on 7 cars next to me. Horrible customer service. Will never use this pnc again. I might have to take my accounts somewhere else if this is type of customer service i will keep getting.

Worst bank branch. I've ever dealt with given my ID and my bank card for the account. I have there and they still won't deposit or cash an account because they had the wrong address.

Tellers and management are unfriendly and lack courtesy. Exceptional customer service is not their mission. I would not recommend anyone bank with PNC based on my visit to this branch.

Currently in line, 5 people in front of me and only 1 teller. The people sitting in their office do nothing but hand out deposit or withdrawal slips. After closing so many offices there are only 2 open in my area. Customer service is zilch. Need to put all my money in a credit union.

Rarely answer the phone. If they do they tell you call somewhere else for your issues. Most the representatives are rude.

I have had all great interactions with tellers. Avis, and Val are a charm. But!!!! That Mary Carol/Cris is horrible banker. No people skills at all. Avoid her at all costs! Charles and Eric are nice too!!

Absolutely terrible. They had one worker with a line of 20 people. I went to the PNC down the road in the shop right and they had three. Not one could help be deposit my check. They directed me back to this location . I wasted 45 minutes for nothing. Now I’m going to chase to open a account with them.
