Kay was so quick and comfortable with my blood test, i just wish this place had a front desk worker instead of a machine. Also i called 3 times to try and schedule an appointment and the automated call kept canceling the phone call so i just walked in and was seen within 5 minutes from Kay. Also i got a weird spam looking message hours after visiting saying you visited “sicklerville office”, provide your rating. Well i visited a few dr offices in sicklerville that day, the only reason i knew it was them is because every other doctors office clearly states who they are, instead of looking like spam with a link i will never click on.

My experience was as good as it gets. I barely finished signing and the ma called me. He found my vein and I was done. In addition, the ma was excellent. No black and blue arm and he found my vein immediately. I was extremely satisfied with the whole process.

Quick, efficient, and painless visit. Very courteous staff. Having a small table near the check-in kiosk would be convenient since you're juggling paper work, ID cards, and probably a phone. A minor quibble. Otherwise a very good experience.

I would like to express how grateful I was/am for the experience I have received every time I go to this location. Each time I am in and out with an appt. There is never a wait time. The person who worked with me was very nice, professional, and quick. This appt particularly I forgot I had plans for that day, so I had my family waiting on me to join them. From start to finish the appt took 8 mins, meaning from the time i walked in until I was in my vehicle. He got me going about my day rather quickly. That was very impressive. Great job!! Much appreciation!!

The staff were rude and unprofessional, don’t waste your time going in to this place. I never see. Any place like where staff won’t even reply to your questions.

I wish I could give them a negative stars. This place is so unprofessional. I checked in at 11:10 was waiting this whole time just to tell me they closed at 12 at 12:05. The staff was super rude. They should have let me know when I checked in that they couldn’t take me instead of making me wait almost an hour for them to tell me they can’t take me. Will never be coming here again.

I was very concern about having to be stuck getting my blood drawn, I'm a very difficult stick. The lab tech who drew my blood was very good. She got me on the very first stick. Her name was Kay.Please tell her that I said thank you!
