They have the most friendliest and skilled technicians that I’ve ever met!! My entire family including my husband, he gets a pedicure and always so relaxed and very pleased, will only go here for their services!! They also do the most amazing job waxing eyebrows!! Their prices for the excellent work they do is very fair and compared to other places, a steal!!

This is the absolute best place. The owner and his wife are always so nice to my mom and i. When I get a chance to go I always see ruby and she gives the best pedicures and massages. My mom gets her nails painted every week and she really takes her time. Their pricing is good as well. Also Ruby's waxing is great especially the Brazilian wax. They are so welcoming the whole staff and really make you feel comfortable.

This place is the best nail salon I’ve been too! They do an amazing gel manicure and designs! They are super nice and accommodate all customers! Their prices are super reasonable and do not overcharge for fancy designs. They also NEVER rush me!

Very nice salon! Clean and pleasant with great people working there that know what they are doing!!! Updating my review as I read some unsavory reviews of this salon. I've also been going to Ritz for years. The competency of the technicians is impeccable. The salon is super clean. I have issues with my feet, Ruby does such an excellent job, she takes her time, never rushes and she knows what she is doing, AND SHE IS NICE! I've never had an infection, not at all. The environment of the salon is peaceful and comforting. For me, top items - clean, knowledgeable, nice environment. There is no fighting in front of the customers, so not ok.

I went to this nail salon for YEARS!! The owners were absolute sweethearts. They now are under new ownership. Ever since, I haven’t be treated with the same service. I heard the new owners got rid of all their employees. Including the ones that have been there since they originally opened this nail salon. LUXE NAILS, I immediately got greeted with a huge smile on Tina’s face when she saw me come here. Some of the ritz employees now work at LUXE. To include, I was also greeted by other works as well. Refreshments, snacks and a bunch of positivity. Please check this place out! LUXE is about 5 minutes from Ritz. I’m sure they will be glad to see their OG customers. Ritz, please understand your long term customers are going to be the ones that will keep your business going.

I love this nail salon! Ruby always does an amazing job! The owners are always welcoming.. always giving out water bottles, asking how you are, etc. I’d 100% recommend this nail salon!

Ive gone here over 10 years. Since the new owner took over who is very rude made the atmosphere awful. Also, they dont use sterilized tools, I had 2 infections, and never went back. Luxe Nails in Walmart center is so great, fun and friendly. I use Tina, she's awesome. I have nothing to discuss with Ritz no one can talk and you won't business long running it like a factory and firing good employees since the once you brought in are uneducated. Might be time to close up. Because it looks vacate and reviews are bad. When Tina and her Husband owned it it was great going there. Your not treating it like a factory won't work. So if you want Gina , Stephen and Van. Call Luke nails. Ritz has no one there with real education. You want get infection go ahead.

I had a great experience at this nail salon! The first thing I noticed was how clean and well-maintained everything was from the stations to the tools, everything felt super hygienic. The staff was welcoming and professional, and they really took their time to make sure I was happy with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back!
