You MUST book your event here! Suite105 is such an elegant space to have an event. My fiancé and I booked this space for our baby shower. Ms. Sharita and Iycis were such a pleasant team to work with and assist us throughout the event. It was a clean and well kept facility, kitchen space , food set up space, and restroom. I will definitely love to have another event there!

The venue was Nice and so was our bartender / staff help (Isis) she was very attentive to all of our needs and was very pleasant and helpful... My one complaint is the other staff member all I know is her first name is Robin, was very very unprofessional. As our party was going on she kept walking though the venue actually getting in the way rather than helping.. Very rude and disrespectful at times. She also took food in containers and invited someone else who I had know idea who this woman was, into our event. The woman came in with Robin went directly through our event straight to the food and helped herself with a to go not just a plate but had an entire tray full of food. Mind you she never washed her hands or anything, by the time I was headed to address them Robin and her uninvited guests were gone with a large amount of our food.... Other than this one unprofessional staff member( ROBIN) the venue was ok

Hi Ms. Franklin as the owner of Suite 105 people started coming in early as I was decorating and I politely asked if they could wait outside until it was time to enter. You wrote alot and alot of it I disagree with but that is your opinion. I Got a call from the Birthday lady the very next day saying she was very please and she thanked me. That call was from the person who hired you and myself so the call was appreciated. So thank you for everything I appreciate you and enjoy your Day. Suite 105

We had a party at this venue last weekend and it was wonderful. Insunn did a great job guiding us through what we wanted and what he would provide. Everything was ready when we got there and he went above and beyond what we expected. He was a pleasure to work with and we were very pleased with Suite105. I would recommend this venue.

Strongly advise vendors to enter with caution. Insunn lead us to believe we would run the show the day of the event starting at 5pm for setup. Insunn wanted sole control over the setting up and did not want to work with the event planner and staff as they were asked to leave and come back at 7pm. Insunn did not honor the client's contract as he over promised and under delivered with a number of details:Start time for setupEvent start timeShort staff for serving foodMiscommunicationMisleading with decor displays (champagne wall was not an actual champagne wall) paid for couch wasn't anywhere to be found and dessert table setting was poorly setup.Mechanics of centerpieces (green foam) showed through all of the centerpieces.Lack of availability: tells people to call, but is difficult to get ahold of.Customer service is huge in this industry and people's businesses often grow by word of mouth this event like any other event could of brought this establishment more business as a number of people in the room that evening reside in proximity of the venue. Based on this experience alone we are very hesitant on continuing to have a business relationship with this establishment even after having a conversation with the owner the following day regarding his behavior. We're sharing our experience hoping this will make the owner realize that changes need to occur moving forward as someone else needs to step in as a liaison that he can trust to be a facility coordinator and understand their position without the sentimental attachment, but understands what is expected when it comes to fulfilling the job.

I have to say I as well as my family and friends were very pleased with this venue.From the professional service in booking amd when I arrived the owner was there making sure I had Everything I needed from his stand point. He offered to help bring items in the building and was very attentive before leaving the venue. The decor and lighting was everything the venue was very clean and it did not need a lot of decorations because of the space it self was beautiful. Thank you for your professionalism

One of, if not THEE nicest venue in South Jersey. I would have every event here if I am able. I am a caterer and have catered twice here. Both times, the owner was THERE & more than willing to assist with anything needed. Many venues you go in, no one is to be found to answer any questions you may have and it's hard to find things..but not at Suite105! Lighting is beautiful and it doesn't take much AT ALL to make this venue ready for your guests. Do not hesitate..book at Suite105!!

If you want to do a bridle shower, small banquet intimate affair, or something like an indoor pop-up shop- this is the location for it. Great management & hard working ownership. Do UR thing Suite 105!

Suite105 is a lovely event space to have a small-to-medium-sized occasion. I was highly impressed with the ambience and service provided by the venue.Celebrated my cousin's surprise 40th birthday party at Suite105. The event space was very nicely decorated. The setup was in half a circle, and I was able to see most of the guests where I was seated, which was nice. The bathroom was even cute and clean.I'm not exactly sure of all the arrangements that were made, but I believe Suite105 staff were helping with fixing plates (food was provided by the family), pouring liquor (the family brought in liquor) and other tasks, and they were kindly behind the scenes to help the occasion go smoothly.It's definitely a great, intimate space to have an event!

I attended this space for a runway fashion show & mixer. The place is very spacious & beautiful inside. There is LED lighting which was interchangeable throughout the night. I was the attending photographer and was impressed with the layout and accessibility.
