I am not sure if this is a review of my local store or the way this company works. I use to like going to their stores but now I don't shop there anymore because of the lack of customer service and only 1 register open when there are 10-15 people waiting in line. The self checkout is not any better. The only thing I go to this place for is my prescriptions.

I'm pretty disappointed in target. Both this location and the brand in general. With the limited quantities of the PS5 available I found availability first at the voorhees site. The order was accepted that night and the next morning due diligence was done to check on quantities available. I was promptly updated via the app the next morning by noon that the last available had been sold but it gave me the option to order from a different location with availability. I appreciated that as I haven't seen that option before. I chose cherry hill and the order was transferred. Usually my order is just cancelled and I have to deal with looking for another place myself. Well I chose cherry hill as it showed availability. A few hours after my order was cancelled and not transferred for no longer available. I then checked and this location in sicklerville showed availability. I placed my order and it was instantly cancelled. "Hmmm" I thought to myself. "Did I make a mistake?" .... I tried to place the order again; another instant cancellation. Tried another 2 different payment methods including PayPal and Affirm just in case. Instant cancellation a total of 8 times at various times of the day. Mostly from this location. It was a $600 purchase Target lost from me. I'm sure they got the money or will get it from someone else since it's such a high demand item. I even tried purchasing from the Philadelphia target and still the same issue. I have a screenshot of the generic cancellation. Not sure what the actual cause was but this is the third time target royally screws me over so I think at this point I can no longer depend on target brand to be there for me for the things I need or want most. Which is such a shame because they do have some really good deals a lot of times. But as for dependability on high demand items I think it would be safer to try elsewhere. High demand items won't be held if you're traveling from far so being unable to order online and pick up at your own pace left a sour taste in my mouth. Thankfully GameStop came through for me and I found my PS5 available at Audubon with considerable stock availability, I was able to place my online order and I'm proud to confirm I did in fact pick up my brand new console with zero stress.

REVIEW OF ONLINE PICK-UP ORDER ONLY: I've stopped inside this Target location for online pick-up orders, and have always had a good experience. The staff at the customer service area (which is to your right when you enter the store) is friendly and fast. I haven't had to wait a long time in line.

Great support but old equipment doesn't match up to what you find in carrier stores.
