Awful customer service bald manager with glasses I didn't catch his name works up front was kind of rude with his tone of voice. I was trying to purchase a Starburst drink how they've sold these multiple times to my girlfriend without issue and then for this one reason he wants to not sell it to me. Not sure if I want to shop here again due to the unprofessionalism by that manager and handling of the situation.

I went into this store and noticed all black products were off the shelves which means there is some racist stuff going on. Since Target is doing that I will never be a customer again, yea I am Black! I was a customer for years now I will never spend another dollar in there again! Bye

Men's bathroom are disgusting poop on one seat the next stall has dirty poop underwear in it, bout time I got the 3rd stall I was sick to my stomach I left immediately do better

It gets old to come to Target and checkout with an item that is mispriced. They don't adjust the price at the register, though that would be polite for the trouble, but I'm not looking for handouts. I would prefer you just label the products with the correct price so I can decide if I want it before getting to the register. The visit before was with a protein drink that was mislabeled, but it's a regular thing here. Is this so hard to fix?

I’m sorry you guys are dealing with a lot of theft problems but closing self checkout and making the rest of us wait in a single 20 minute line isn’t the solution

I went to Target today and the clothes there is very nice but sad to say they only cater to people who wear small sizes. Sad in this day and age that they still do that

Self-checkout limited to ten items. I had 2 items and the attendant was literally in my face and had to touch my food item as well as the dog food bag to make sure I'm doing it right. Nothing like choosing self checkout and being forced to interact. It's unfortunate that you're losses are high lately but you can't assume everyone is stealing from you and still keep your customers. Won't be back anytime soon.

So, I'm done shopping, and as I bring my cart up front w/maybe 12 items, there are long lines at the TWO open cashiers. Both have people w/full carts waiting. I go to use the self check-outs [ which I DON'T LIKE, btw-I just hate waiting in line more]- A Target employee stops me & says self check out is now only for 10 items or less. I say I have 10-ish- He gives me attitude- Look, not my fault Target & co was too stupid to realize people would rob you blind at the self check- out- lol. He starts to count my items.
And then he begrudgingly allows me to pass. Had he said no, I would have left my cart right there & I spent over $200.
Target- you CANNOT ban shoppers from the self checkouts AND not have an adequate number of cashiers.Do you really expect someone w/ a dozen things to stand in line behind people w/100? Maybe use common sense & have a 10-20 line and a separate "full cart" line??
Perhaps you don't care about my business- but I'm not the only review complaining about your lack of help.Do better.

I have been coming to this Target for 15 years, the people who work there are always helpful. Target has the customer first mindset because they place their people ahead of profits. This = customer success.

Worst customer service experience ever. Long line at self check out. Not one cashier lane open, but 2 employees watching people check themselves out. When asked if a cashier was available, I was told that the only cashier was on break and self service was the only option. Considered leaving my purchases and exiting the store, but decided instead to wait out the long line. Tried to go to service desk after completing purchases to speak to manager about the lack of cashiers, but the service desk was also empty! I tired calling the store 4x later that day to speak to manager, but...here's a surprise, no one answered at the service desk. The phone would ring a couple of times then disconnect. How is this store even functioning with no one running the show??!! Would never come back again. Not my job to be a cashier for free. Do better Target!
