Had to take my mother here to do some banking she had been putting off for a while. She is handicap and has trouble walking and the manager (I think he was a manager at least) came out to the car and got all her info and took it inside, then came back out and brought her the paperwork to sign and ran back in and finalized everything before returning to the car once again to give her, her copies and wished us a good evening. I can’t thank him enough for accommodating her and being so kind and professional. Thanks again Joshua, we truly appreciated you going above and beyond and hope that TD Bank realizes how great of an asset you are to the company. You have a customer for life.

This place is so well run! I believe the women helping me was named marine she was so kind,helpful and just overall amazing the establishment is also really clean and I got what I needed without any problems or confusion!

The drive through line is too long. People are wearing masks and staying apart-you should open the inside. They don’t move fast enough and are so under staffed. Going to the bank should not be exhausting.

i want to get my debit card but this d*** system made me wait in my car for 50 minutes! I didn’t even end up getting it because it was a ridiculous wait.
