My car had been hit and Tom gave me an estimate and dealt with all the insurance without me needing to get involved. He kept me informed about the progress and even had me take my car to a dealer for an issue that he couldn’t fix. He paid the bill from the dealer and told me not to worry about it, that he would submit it to insurance. “I had an accident recently where I was hit from behind. This was my first time ever being in an accident. The person that hit me told me not to call the police, that he would handle it. Buy doing this I made a huge mistake and I had to fix it. Lucky I came across the Linden Auto Body shop. The price they gave me to fix wasn't expensive and it took them about a week to fix it. “This is the best independent repair facility I have ever been to. For over 20 years I’ve been taking my cars to Ken at Somerdale Automotive. He has repaired and serviced my Land Rover, Volvo wagon, Volvo hybrid , Volkswagen diesel, And two different Jaguars over the years. Honest and reliable are two words describe Ken.After reading two negative reviews I can not believe they true. I know many people don’t want to pay for quality and try to get something for nothing. I use synthetic in all of my cars and high quality oil cost money. There are a lot of shops that will rip you off and try to sell you things you don’t need. “I was in a pretty bad accident on Rt 42 which left my truck disabled and had to be towed,I was actually still in shock from the accident so I had no idea what I had left in the truck.. Regrettably the insurance company called me today and told me my truck was totalled so I had to get all of my personal property and tags from the vehicle..When I opened the door I could not believe how much stuff was in there, at least $600 in tools ,$35 cash in the armrest plus other odds and ends.. I am extremely impressed with their honesty and their response time was also great!”
