I only use tellers for my transactions and the two tellers there are terrific! Very friendly and courteous! I go out of my way to go inside just to use the tellers.

My job uses this bank and i have to bring in the deposits in every Wednesday. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. Austin is a great bank teller very helpful and knowledge!

Definitely very very unusual customer service. Not outright rude but definitely has an undertone that could force you to another bank; though I think it’s more this specific location. However, when the consensus is that customer service is lacking, management should provide some training.
