I wanted to open a bank account and Miss Maricis didn't want to open my account because of my racial profile, she had several minutes staring at me and they just get up to tell me that I can't open an account without an appointment 1 week before.

I came into this bank location to cash a check that was drawn to Wells Fargo. After answering all of their probing questions with the teller and after they called and verified the check, they suddenly decided to deny cashing it. The associate banker Anthony’s reasoning was that they don’t like the check. No other logical explanation was given. It appears that I was racially profiled being that everything was verified but I was still denied service. This is absolutely unacceptable and a formal complaint has been filed and escalated.

I am so disappointed in this bank. I’ve been banking with this bank for over 40 years I want my son to be the beneficiary upon my death so he wouldn’t have any problems. These people put his name on my account and he was able to go in and out of my account without my knowledge and they think that was OK. I’m taking all my money I have four accounts with them. I’m taking all my money out today. You had no right of doing it.

I do not like how I was treated today. Walked in immediately felt judged and the teller was too busy trying to correct me about voided checks, Google it, its still a thing. Just did not like the atmosphere at all was not warm. I won't be back so no worries just do better. And to add racist vibes, black and Latino folks beware. Eww.

Definitely very very unusual customer service. Not outright rude but definitely has an undertone that could force you to another bank; though I think it’s more this specific location. However, when the consensus is that customer service is lacking, management should provide some training.

Walked in, waited 20 Minutes for someone to tell me that they didn’t have time to open a simple checking account. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Always a line: always only one teller. No drive up. Always wait at least 10/15 minutes every time I make a deposit. Terrible. I also go at lunchtime and always regret it. No one cares to help the one teller either

Horrible service! They never want to cash my checks. Always got a weird reason why. Happened today. So I go to one in Turnersville . Cashed it with no problem. They was super friendly also. Sicklerville location gives me racist vibes! I hope that not the case but at this point it’s crazy

New fancy looking bank, same terrible service. Took a teller 45 minutes on the phone with support to tell us that a check wasn't written out correctly, despite the fact that it was, and has been accepted by wells fargo multiple times before. I am done banking with this company, they dont care, and it shows.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a bank. From someone working in customer service- the branch manager was rude and unprofessional. Will be closing my account due to this horrible experience

Lack of atm’s and a lot of out of service atm units as well. If your not having any late teller hours you should at least have expanded atm access.

If you can help it - stay away from Wells Fargo. Their ATM stole a $100 from me, and this is what I received after contacting their ATM Claims Department: "We recommend that you keep the receipt until you see that the deposit has correctly posted to your account". I had all the receipts, I brought all the documents to them, and they just denied my claim! This is how it happened. I made a withdrawal of $1000 using a card of Raiffeisen Bank in Fargo ATM. Paid a $5 fee for using Fargo's ATM with a foreign bank. Then I loaded this $1000 back to ATM, to deposit on my Fargo account. The ATM scanned the banknotes and said it would accept only $800 and will return the rest. I clicked "OK". The ATM loaded $800 and returned me $100 back. Where is the remaining $100 - I have no idea. And Fargo apparently does not care, even though they have all the recordings in their hand. They said, "their investigation is complete, and I am welcome to talk to their executive office". All I want at this point is to never use this bank myself and warn all other people to stay away from Fargo. Thieves! (I know $100 is not much but multiply it by number of their customers...)

Very run down and inconsiderate and uneducated bank tellers, very displeased and had my entire family as well as fathers business account switched to a much more reliable bank who does not misplace your money and or have attitudes do to their job title. I had the pleasure of dealing with a Jessica today in which who had told me there is no branch manager that works at this specific branch. She refused to help me with any type of manager and as well as give her last name. Very unprofessional as well as her sloppy appearance it suited the outdated branch quite well. She was extremely judgmental and it was very say with these trying times in life we are all facing she still decided to bring out her most negative traits as you are the face people and customers who trust their money in the bank you are helping. My hopes are they will hire new staff that actually wants a job and can handle people in all aspects , as well as update the leaking roof and molding and Deteriorating branch. Wells Fargo’s is as indeed a great bank and it seems that the Sicklerville location is extremely neglected and their employees are as well.
