The place had a fine selection of liquors, my only issue is that it didn't have larger bottles of egg nog, or anything else for that matter. But they had fifths of almost everything, plus the prices were decent. I would probably go here again, but would prefer somewhere with more size options

I never understood how this store opens at 1pm on a Sunday. I couldn't tell you how many customers pulled up only to drive away frustrated to give their business to a different vendor. Especially during football season? Frustrating.

Ridiculous! I have been a regular customer since they opened and at the very least a weekly consumer. I bought a box of wine like usual and when I opened it, it was completely bad. Could not even sip it. I took it back and they refused to give me a new box or refund. The manager on duty, Frank was extremely rude. He said do you have a receipt and I said, no I never take a receipt here. Not ever expecting them to sell bad wine or have to return alcohol. I have Never had any issues before. I said I am in here every week, his reply was “I work here five days a week and never saw you before” as if that is an acceptable response? Insinuating that I’m lying? I left the box there and will never return! Now here is the best part. I went over to Mr. Liquor in the WalMart shopping plaza and told them what happened and THEY offered me a return box!!! I don’t even go there as often as wine warehouse and they appreciated my business! Wow! Handed me cash back! All of business will be going to Mr. Liquor moving forward!

Save your money and go to the other place in Clementon. Just went in. Saw two lines with people are the register for both, the one closest to the door had a cart and it looked like they were both open. I got in line in the one with the cart. The guy just told me we’re aren’t open. I didn’t realize so I went to get in the other line. Two guys let me go in front of them as we had walked up at the same time. The problem that I had was the woman working at the register I was told was not open started smirking and almost laughing to herself like I was stupid. I almost left without my purchase since she was so rude.

Poor Customer Service. …Brought 2 bottles of expensive champagne on 8/10/23 ($150). The white girl cashier rang me up and gave me my receipt, and just walked away. I had small grocery bag. She could have at least asked me if I needed help with putting my champagne in the bag. A little curtesy goes a long way. .. That will be the last $150 they’ll get from me.. I will not be going back to this store to purchase anything again.

Your typical liquor store with an ok selection. Prices are comparable to other stores in town.

Incredibly unprofessional. My 21 year old son went shopping here and was treated with nothing but disrespect. Upon trying to checkout, my son presented his license as ID. The clerk, who claimed he was the manager, claimed his state-issued ID was invalid, then that the person pictured on his license wasn’t the same person as my son. Upon proving the validity, the cashier continued to antagonize him like he was doing something illegal. He left the store feeling like he had done something wrong, though he’d done everything correct. We were customers of several years up to this point, and won’t be coming here from now on. Seek liquor somewhere with more respectful employees.

Despite having changed hands recently, wine Warehouse is still a really solid place to pick up your choice of alcohol. They have a large selection of cold cases, national brands and locals too. They're also well stocked with all the new trendy seltzer things that everybody's drinking. I prefer the six pack of 16 oz Narragansett for six bucks. I'm a simple guy what can I say.

Gigantic warehouse full of mostly wines but a variety of other things, too. The wines they carry are mostly on the cheaper side, though they do have some decent options mixed in. In the front of the store, they have a little locked cabinet of exclusive wines. We chose a 2014 Nine Suns red blend. It was a stunner. Like Bordeaux on steroids.

Convenient location, variety in store! Pleasant staff. I never encounter long lines, usually in and out. Prices seem reasonable also. No complaints

EDITED REVIEW: I spoke to the owner of the store about this situation and he was such an awesome guy. He assured me that he will re-educate the manager on how to handle customers. With the way he handled the situation i am now changing my 1 star review to a 5. I know how much he cares about his business and customers and that's the way things should be handled I had the pleasure to experience one of the most disgusting personalities from a "store manager" of this establishment. I patronize this establishment often. I was there tonight with my 21 year old son, who went shopping with me tonight. I stopped at this store before heading home, we both went in, as I have done with all my kids in the past. First issue was I asked my son to grab me a cart and as he was doing that he almost bumped into an employee as one was coming out of an isle. Thought nothing of it and then the employee said "an excuse me would be nice" so my son walked away. I go about my shopping, grabbed a few things (Arnold Palmer, Smirnoff ice (yeah I know) and these new Sunny D vodka drinks (I thought they looked good). I get to the checkout and start putting my things on the counter, guy asked for ID me thinking ummm I'm 50, I said me? He said no your son, which his wallet was out in the car. I said I'm purchasing this for me why do you need his ID, he said because you are purchasing alcohol for a minor, I said this is my stuff and he is 21 either way. He said like you are drinking that Sunny D vodka drink, I'm excuse me, isn't this a liquor store and can't i buy what i want? I said to my son go in the car, the guy rudely tells me, I'm not selling this stuff to you, now I'm getting pissed and embarrassed with other patrons now looking at me. I explain I can't lift things that are heavy I have a pinched nerve in my neck, he said that's funny nice try. Then keeps running his mouth so I am now walking out he said some nasty things and I said some nasty things back, he said I'm politely asking you to get the F out of my store. Now I am angry, I'm yelling (against my better judgement) and finally walk out. Called my husband who now goes up there to see why he refused me service and he went off on him cursing at him and everything. Not a good example of a manager. I honestly have been going here for the past 22 years, they have now lost my business and business of a lot of people I know. I never ever had this experience here. I hope that whoever is his boss honestly does something about this or this establishment will be downhill quick. No reason to treat someone like that, and not right to assume I was purchasing this stuff for a minor because of what i had in my cart. He told us that no minors can be in the store and that he can refuse service if he wants to because that's the law, which is fine but don't say to me that I'm providing the alcohol to my kids. That's pretty much discrimination to me, end of story!

Not one of our usual liquor store stops but we were at Tractor Supply so... Seems well stocked. Not sure how prices compare to others. If it was convenient, probably patronize more frequently.
