We couldn’t be happier with our experience at The Goddard School in Skillman! From the moment our son started attending, we’ve seen tremendous growth in his confidence, social skills, and love for learning. The teachers and staff are nurturing, professional, and truly dedicated to each child’s development.
The curriculum is thoughtfully designed, blending play-based learning with strong academic foundations. Every day, our son comes home excited to share what he’s learned — from science experiments to storytime adventures. The communication from the school is also outstanding, keeping us informed and involved every step of the way.
We’re so grateful for the warm, safe, and enriching environment Goddard Skillman provides. It has been the perfect first step in our son’s educational journey!

Excellent curriculum for toddlers and up, great summer camp, in-house karate and dance, friendly and supportive staff! Limited school closures. Competent and experienced teachers in toddlers and up.

I really like this daycare as I feel like my child is very comfortable with the environment there.
Only thing is they sent the whole day sheet at the end of the day. It’s not comfortable for me atleast. I wait the whole day to check what my kid was doing. There should be more updates.

Great school - clean, organized and academic oriented. Sanjay, Heather, Jacky, Swetha are great and make the management and front office very welcoming and are always available for our questions.
Our kid loved the teachers - Isabella and others. They are very energetic and caring!

Great place for my two year old with a caring staff! I would like to shout out loud for Ms. Shweta, Miss Marianne and Ms. Isabella for the exceptional care and attention that our child gets! My child is happy and always learning things. They are amazing with her care and she looks forward to going here every morning. I am very happy to have found the best place for my daughters early years of learning and development!

Such a kind and caring place! The teachers are fantastic- dedicated, fun and caring. The children all get along so well. The center puts on a lot of family functions that make the center feel like a community. My daughter has really flourished there!

From the moment my husband and I considered Goddard School for our five-year-old, we knew it was a special place. Our family's positive experiences (in the past for my nieces and nephews) reinforced our decision, and upon moving to Skillman, we were eager for our daughter to begin her journey at Goddard Skillman.The school exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere, characterized by a sense of stability and safety that is immediately palpable. It's a nurturing environment where children are not just taught but are genuinely cared for.The teachers at Goddard are exceptional. They go beyond merely delivering the curriculum; they are deeply invested in enhancing and improving early childhood skills and behavior. Our daughter's homeroom adviser, in particular, has been incredibly accommodating and nurturing. It's clear that the staff's focus isn't solely on academics but also on fostering a well-rounded development.The trust and rapport between parents and teachers are evident, forming a partnership that ensures each child receives the best possible early childhood education and care. Great school, we are glad we have had an excellent experience with Ms. Mongal and Ms. Chrissy. They are very organized and I know my son is in good hands when I drop him off. The entire staff has been kind and professional as well. Thank you Goddard of Skillman!

There are many things I want to alert the public about Goddard School Skillman. I will keep it brief in bullet points to save your time:1. Before you trust all those 5-star reviews, click into each of the commenters profile, that should give you an idea how credible they are. I wish I did not have to reveal my real name to avoid retaliation against my children. This may explain the lack of authentic reviews here.2. Aswath Ram's review completely resonates with our experience there.3. Our children were bruised from this daycare. Weights dropped significantly due to malnutrition.4. High turn over on staff. Teachers often work over time, but owner refused to invest money to get the teacher-student ratio right.5. Nothing will be done for the issues you address to the director or owner. Chaotic and apathetic management. Lack of experience and empathy.6. The sole reason a one star review was not given was because of the extremely high discounts they would give out. But, remember, you always get less than what you pay for.A child's early development is very crucial, please take your children seriously and make the right choice before you decide bringing them here.

Goddard has been a wonderful place for my son to spend his first year. Ms. Mangal andMs Chrissy are so warm and loving. It is wonderful going about my day knowing my son is safe and happy.
