I went to this store because it was close to my gym and I gotta say I had a great experience at this store, the lady at the front counter was patient and accomodating. And i barely had to wait! 5/5 experience.

What a unbelievable greedy place! We try to return a small Amazon item in this place. We packed the item but didn't tape up the opening, thinking the store might want to check the item. The store refused to take the package, unless buying a role of tape! What a shame!

All these extremely polite and caring people who work in the store, one of my favorite stores where I love to come because I know I will be served, and I will be taken care of at any time! They pay a lot of attention to details and customer service!

Would give a zero. Do not go here to get a document notarized. They analyzed my document as if they are attorneys and wouldn’t notarize even though their website clearly states they do notarize this document. This store must be under new management/ownership. Definitely not returning and wasting my time.

Terrible service. The prepaid label on my box had peeled up on one edge. I asked their employee, very nicely, to tape the edge down - would have taken a few seconds and a few inches of tape. He refused unless I would pay him a packaging fee. You have got to be kidding me. The box was fine and needed no packaging or taping. Just an edge of the label that came loose. I bought a roll of tape for $5 to avoid paying a full packaging fee. Not feeling too good about that.
When I asked how to contact the owner, he refused because he didn’t “just give that information out”. Great job dude. What a pity as I have generally had good experiences over the years at this location and would generally go here in preference to post office because of better service. Not any more.

The staff are all friendly and courteous. Kay who waited on me greeted me with a big smile as she does with all customers. She is hard working, never complaining about the heavy 40 lbs. boxes that I often drop off. Even though she small in stature, she quickly grabs the heavy boxes without hesitation. She is efficient and does her best to serve customers as fast as possible so that customers don’t have to wait, but if a customer needs more time or has additional questions, she takes the time needed to patiently address their needs so they don’t feel rushed. Kay is an excellent customer service representative and performs her duties UPS extremely well as customer service skills are the model for model for excellent customer service.

When you walk in the door, first impressions say it all. Colorful, tidy, organized and the staff are wonderful. In and out in 3 minutes.

Be careful here!! I went in to ship a document sized letter to Europe, the African American lady started quoting me the UPS services starting with 171 dollars for a letter!!!! and indicating the cheapest price of 125 dollars, making excuses like customs and stuff, for a letter!!! Then she proceeded with quoting me the USPS prices of 35 dollars. As I kept reasoning here that this is not possible as we are talking about a letter, she became very rude with rolling her eyes and making faces. Also to other cusomers before me she was extremely rude, like it was our fault she had to work there and serve us. Adventually I left. Today I went to the USPS store on Nassau Street in Princeton and my letter was $4.48!!!! Everyone should be aware of these scammers!!!

I requested a UPS representative to pack my package for a fee, but they refused and insisted that I purchase tape and pack it myself. UPS typically offers packing services for a charge, but they declined to do so. Very disappointing experience—0/0 rating.

This store can get extremely busy but them workers keep it together and work hard. So Kudos to all of them !!!! I had so many amazon return it was kind of embarrassing because half of them somehow had a different drop off location. But the girl Kay was so patient and helpful showed me how to change it to the ups store. Very nice people I must Say

This is the store I went to return items and the staff there have been always friendly and polite. I went to the store today to return two items and met the staff Ashley. She was impatient and rude, her attitude was totally unprofessional.
