I had the most unpleasant experience I've ever had with AT&T at this location. The store manager Mr DeFelice was passive aggressively rude and would not help me as he saw I was struggling with setting up my phone. Once he got his sale I was of no use to him. He actually told me to go home to try to figure out my phone. And I am still having trouble with my account because of the way he processed everything. I will never ever go back to this location and I would warn others not to go as well.

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at this AT&T retail location. The store manager, Anthony, was unprofessional from the moment we arrived. Rather than assisting us with our concerns, he was evasive, dishonest, and made us feel like we were being scammed. His behavior was completely unacceptable, he was rude, hostile, and even resorted to yelling and using profanity during our interaction.
It’s deeply concerning when someone in a managerial position acts this way toward customers. I expected transparency and respectful service, but instead left feeling disrespected and frustrated. I would strongly caution others before visiting this location.

Oh geez where do u even start! This is the worst iretail place ever . My husband was talked into buying the Apple 16 bc at the time there was a promotion for a bundle . Buy the phone and get a watch and a iPad for $1 a month . The promotion was good for a month so they said we could go back in before the month was over . I went to the store and asked the sales person if we could do two watches instead of a watch and iPad . He talked to the manager and they said yes . Cool .. flash forward a few months and i was looking over my bill and realized it wasn’t getting that promotion . I had another (not as good ) promotion . Called att and they told me there was nothing they could do . Also realized a the same time that i was being charged 10 dollars a month per line (something i never agreeed to) it was there early upgrade promo . I decided to cancel my service with att and go to Verizon . But now i owe so much money to att bc they totally screwed ne over !! I will never ever go in that store again . Bunch of sleezeballs.

Great experience! Anthony, Roddy, and Elvis were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were able to upgrade three phones for a great price.

Originally planned to get a new iphone, but instead i left with a new iphone, new apple watch, AND paying less monthly…Elvis along with the other staff will take great care of you and go the extra mile.

I went in yesterday 4/4/25 and Anthony helped me out . I had a good experience. He has very good Customer Service. I think the other person who helped me was Elvis . He was good too he was able to help me log into my Apple iCloud . I’d recommend anyone to go and asks for either of them . Thank you guys keep up the good work

I just went to the Somerdale store and was super happy with the service I received from Emmon. He was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely visit him again next time my kids or I need an upgrade!

When ever I have a question or problem with my phone the extremely nice gentleman who has been there a number of years in the somerdale Att store.has always been able to help me and my ex spouse .he is very knowledgeable and i recommended this person and Att store highly. If there is a problem he won't steer you wrong!! Have been a customer with Att over 30 years.

Very disappointed with this store. The manager treated me badly telling me repeatedly to get out when all I came in for was for assistance with my new device. I have never been mistreated in that manner from anyone and was astonished to have been basically kicked out with no resolution or actual effort to help me with simply transferring my information and turn on my service on my new device. Very unacceptable manner and wouldn’t wish for someone to deal with this kind of customer service.

Went in this past Saturday to upgrade the family plan and get a new phone. Russell was very help, explained the ins and outs of upgrading the plan, answered our questions thoroughly, and genuinely try to get us the best possible price. Used to go to the Deptford store but this will be our main store going forward.
