I go to Dollar general because they have money savings sales and it's 2 stores down from my pharmacy but the store always has stacks of boxes of merchandise stuck up in the aisles that no one is coming our way. There is one employee in particular name David that is wholly surrounding around the store trying to make sure the merchandise is put away. He is the only one that seems to care how the store looks and there is one employee at the register that has long hair I want you say hello to him he just pretends you're not there. Some of the other ways that I have spoken to about say he is just like that and there has never been one time I have been in a store where he has spoke that's not good customer service.

Becky took over this store n hired n fixed store in less than any manager I have ever known! She got me toys for my 15 grand kids n she deserves to be recognized, thk u Ms Becky!Andy B

Location is close to my job. I've been in 3 and a final times as each time, they did not have what I was looking for. Empty spacing in product shelves. I'll goto Walmart next time.

Literally two customers in line in front of me. Buying candy. The cashier took over five minutes to complete these seemingly easy transactions. The store look disheveled. Props for having lactose-free milk.

I purchased a coffee maker on 2/5/2022 from the Dollar General on the White Horse Pike Magnolia NJ. I walked into the store, waited for a few minutes and no one was to be found. So I walked around looking for someone to help me with my broken coffee maker. I found a person who later told me she was the manager say “she’ll be there in a minute”. A couple minutes later she walked up with an attitude, I told her I needed to return this coffee maker, she said “I needed the box”. I said I have the receipt, could she give me the coffee maker and Dollar General can keep the box. She said NO, in the nastiest way. How does Dollar General let a manager talk like this. I felt bad for the young guy that i saw often, when going there for different items. I did like this place but will never go back. Could you imagine keeping all your appliance boxs, refrigerator, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker? what a joke.
