I love the staff at this location. Can't speak highly enough about their depth of knowledge, their manners, their upbeat personalities, and their willingness to help with every one of your requests. When i go on behalf of my kids, i enter with minimal experience and without a clue for what I'm looking for exactly, and i always leave with what the kids wanted. They even share "secrets": not so common knowledge that benefits the consumer that could easily be gatekept from us. Five stars, even if supply is once in a blue moon low. (But remember: demand is always high!)

Sold me a used broken ps5 controller for $80 last night, can’t even get it swapped out til Sunday. Be careful buying “refurbished” from here, they don’t even bother to test it, they just wipe it down and make it look clean.

Employees seem dismissive and disinterested with customers. Lack of communication of membership benefits. Not a very welcoming environment. Go to Walmart and save $10

Went in looking for a game for my son for Christmas. The place has changed a little. You use to get greeted almost as soon as you walked in the store not really any more. It was to crowded so I left. It was a ok experience but I had better.

Went here on a Sunday, time on window states store opens at 10am, online stated 11am, time I arrived was 12:30pm, door was locked, staff associate was walking around in store but wouldn’t unlock door. More people came and pulled on door, checked their watches and phones for time and watched as staff associate walked around. The line grew to 5 people outside and finally around 12:55pm the staff member came to open the door.

Very poor knowledge of TCG products sold there, and a dismal selection of cards and available items (that are listed online) in stock. I highly recommend visiting another GameStop before this one.

So I purchased a VR recently and they didn’t tell me it’s for people who are committed to it. I felt sick when I tried to used it. And when I went back to return it they told me I can’t return it. You should always tell ppl about the returning policy not before they’re going to buy something. I wouldn’t go back there again

Issues with this location (and associate - Deirdre) started in July when attempting to purchase a Switch with my boyfriend. We went in to turn in Xbox equipment to trade. The associate glanced at us once and said the store doesn’t accept Xbox 360 products for trades, but it was an Xbox 1. Upon correcting her, Deirdre became agitated and rude and she did not add all of items we brought in for trade into the transaction meaning we didn’t get credit for all items towards Switch. At one point, we asked about trading colors for the Switch joycons and we were cut off and told that’s not possible.Due to her attitude and unwillingness to work with us, we had her resume the trade but went to another location to get the Switch and games.Today, we attempted to trade in a PS5 controller. Trade ins for this item are $33 for store credit with a pro membership. Upon this interaction, I was told I would get $26 in cash instead because I was “rude”. When I asked for further explanation she said this wasn’t the first time I was rude. When I tried to further ask for answers, she decided to walk away and mumble under her breath and say she has a conference call and “was not dealing with this shit”.Due to these unsavory interactions, I am planning on switching the location of the GameStop location in which I shop. I implore you to take a further look into Deirdre’s performance at this store, as it is extremely off putting and I am sure we are not the only customers who have had to seek out another location due to poor customer service.

Really love this GameStop. The manager is the most patient, helpful, and kind person ever. Really puts in an effort to help customers find what they're looking for.The store itself is nicely stocked with regular GameStop merch, but also a lot of unique things that are fun finds.
