David is great. Michelle is excellent. However, I've been using them for about 25yrs. I had a simple question to ask the pharmacist last night. They kept me on hold for over 25 minutes and never tried to return my call. I was given a prescription that I no longer needed. That was rude and unprofessional. I'm switching to shop rite. No regrets. The store itself has gone downhill as well. Not much merchandise. Poor appearance and even worse customer service.

I've been using this store for over 20 years . The staff is friendly and the pharmacy is great . Highly recommend this business..

I had been using this pharmacy for my (many) prescriptions for about 2 years with no issues at all. BTW Michelle the pharmTech is super sweet. Anyway, my healthcare provider wanted to send a specific prescription to a different local pharmacy because apparently Rite Aid was refusing to fill it - that didn't really bother me, I figured it was a communication issue between my prescriber and the pharmacist and they have their DEA rules to follow so i let it go. Less than a month later, my doctor switches up my entire medication regimen, sending Rite Aid a total of 8 prescriptions to fill or put on file. The pharmacist filled 3 of them. She said because I went to another pharmacy I was a "red flag" and that I can't get the other 5 prescriptions filled at Rite Aid. Flat Out NOPE! One of the prescriptions was for a medication that when stopped abruptly (like it was about to be for me since they refused to dispense it) is universally known throughout all health professions to carry a significant risk of causing seizures, it is after all an anti-epileptic AND anti-anxiety medication. So at 4:50PM with my doctors office about to close I had to call repeatedly to get the receptionist on the line so that I could have her rush to get all my remaining scripts transferred to a different pharmacy who filled them with zero issues or complaints and were honestly quite pleasant about it. Side note David the cashier is hysterical and that white boy cashier is cute AF so i'll still go here for like deodorant or whatever. but man to hell with that pharmacy department - i thought Mary was one of the good ones, always friendly, but now i feel like she just put my physical health at serious risk.

Love the place the people were very helpful finding a gift for my god daughter for her birthday party today I was in a hurry and toys were in sale and I found a cute doll for her there age appropriate. They are very helpful to the handicap and help me find the right gift for her I appreciated it.

Love the friendly employees David always makes sure I leave with a smile!! Excellent staff members the store was nice and neat but store needs to be Renovated/updated !! Pharmacy is quick very helpful love the Pharmacy team 10 times better than Walmart’s Pharmacy !!! I come to this rite frequently and will continue to do so in the future!!!

Amazing experience by Leahann and her team. Been coming here for 15 years maybe more ans always feel at home. Her staff is exceptional. David is my favorite person besides Leahann and Sara!

I recently started using Rite Aid to fill my prescriptions, not only for myself, but for my dog’s medication (which is ridiculously cheaper than Walgreens… they wanted $560 for my dogs medication and Rite Aid charged me $22 for 90 pills!!!!!). TheRite Aid pharmacist is so knowledgeable and has a great disposition. The same goes for the cashiers. Just a really nice store to visit.

It doesn't matter who you deal with at the pharmacy because they are all helpful and respectful. They go out of their way to give excellent customer service.

Prescriptions Always refilled really fast. The staff is very helpful and extremely polite. It's always a pleasure shopping there. I consider myself fortunate to live within walking distance.
