βHad a great experience as usual. I unexpectedly purchased 6 fence panels from Home Depot, and had to quickly rent a trailer. This location had a variety of trailers available, and I was able to pick up my purchase on time.

βI have to say that Mike was an absolute pleasure. As someone who is also in the customer service/sales industry, Iβve seen a decrease in the level of care for customer service, but they do a wonderful job at Extra Space in Blackwood. Mike listened to my concerns, he was knowledgeable, took the time to make sure I knew all of my options, and made everything so simple. I definitely recommend!β

βI reserved a van at the Pennsauken U-Haul Moving & Storage, but because the previous renter didnβt return it on time, they sent me to the Maple Shade location. Leyla took outstanding care of meβshe was super friendly and got me on the road fast! The only negative was that the truck smelled like cigarettes (not her fault). I highly recommend Leyla and this location if you want to get the job done.β

βI found the gentlemen at the shop to be very pleasant and professional. Three brothers own the shop and the one who helped us went over the truck and the contract with us and even gave us a heads up on our directions to our destination. The location is very easy to find and conveniently located on the Black Horse Pike. They donβt have all of fhe βextra suppliesβ as a full service U~Haul store, but there were moving blankets, a hand truck and a few other supplies in the truck if needed. I was very happy with this location and the customer service we received and would recommend it to others.β

βI really appreciate how customer oriented this crew is at this location. For anyone questioning making an out of state move:
-The 12 foot truck was extremely simple. You can't see out of the rear view mirror, but that is the only issue. It drives very well.
-I was worried about mechanical issues but these trucks are all newer. The truck I had was 1 year old with 35k miles on it, and all trucks are serviced every 8k miles.
-I did buy the extra insurance and even though I didn't need it, I would do it again.
-The staff was great. I went into the location first because I had so many questions and concerns. They answered each one and were very kind when I needed to change my reservation date/time.
For clarity, no one asked me to write this review. I just want to make sure the people that work at this location get the accolades they deserve.

βSpectacular experience. Great management and employees. I reserved my vehicle simply by calling directly Rent-A-Wreck directly. I called one business day in advance, they did not ask for any money upfront, and there were no problems. Car was excellent, no funny sounds or smells.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Anyone complaining about not getting refunds, booking problems, etc., are probably using Expedia or some other 3rd party system, which has NOTHING to do with Rent-A-Wreck policy.β

βI only happened to reserve at this location because they had the van size that I needed to move. I usually go to another location , but Mitzi and John were AMAZING! The van that I reserved was available and clean.
I will definitely go back to this location when a truck is needed again. They were both so welcoming and helpful. It was nice to have such pleasant interactions both before and after doing something so tiring as moving.β
βI recently found Mikeβs Service when I needed to rent a U-Haul truck. After using them twice, I felt really comfortable with their honesty and professionalism.
At the time, another service center told me I needed new rear brakes on my 2019 Ford Fusion Hybrid with 64,000 miles. I asked Mikeβs team if they could replace them, and when I mentioned it was a hybrid, they said they didnβt think the brakes actually needed replacing. While I was renting the U-Haul, they took a quick look at my car β and sure enough, they were right! The brakes were fine.
I canβt thank them enough for their honesty β they saved me $250 to $500. Later, I mentioned it to a manager at the senior living facility, where I live, and she said she knows Kelly and confirmed theyβre great people β honest and trustworthy. She even refers customers to them often.
All I can say is thank you! Iβll be recommending Mikeβs Service to everyone I know.β

βThe truck was clean and operational. However, the moving blankets I paid for were disgusting. They came in a sealed bag, so I thought I was getting a clean product. That was not the case. The blankets were damp, visibly dirty and had a terrible smell.
All in all, my experience was good, but U-Haul needs to do better with cleaning their products properly before loaning them out to customers.β
βGreat experience. Very friendly and helpful staff, zero issues or delays with picking up or dropping off. They even fit me in for an oil change right after with no wait or reservation, a class act!β
βAmazing ? I would use the again a million times. I rented this truck from new jersey and drove it to colorado with a flat rate for 8 days. No hidden fees and gave me a bigger discount than I was expecting for having triple a.β

βI rented a truck from here 8 months ago to move from NJ to Fl and they were by far the cheapest I could find. I kept forgetting to write a review and just remembered again and decided to write it. βHad to recently rent a cargo van from U-Haul in Somerdale. I made my reservation via the website. U-Haul was great in keeping me informed with several emails about my current status. My estimate was right on target. (I did a good job estimating my miles so there was no surprises) Check in was very easy, and drop off was also easy. Staff very friendly and helpful.
