“The technicians were both personable and quick to help, they exchanged part of my pre-ordered items because I found what I picked wouldn't be the best thing that would work for our family. They even called the day before to confirm all parts were receved,, and they were ready for me for the installation of our hitch. They were also about $40 less then other locations to complete the installation, which to me was wonderful!”
“Yes, it is true, the cars are not like budget or hurts however, i the name of the place is Rent-A- Wreck. That being said, I rented a car from them back in October and the service was impeccable. The owner and staff were kind and professional. I was not surprised that the car was not brand new.Lance and his staff were so kind and generous to me when I was in a really tough spot. The experience has stayed with me and I try to pay it forward. It just goes to show, you can't judge a place by its name. “This was my first time using this location but the people here are very nice. I like this location if I ever need a U-Haul again I’ll be checking this location first. It was super easy and convenient. You use the U-Haul app make a reservation for a truck at this location as long as they have some available then you go in and get it at your pick up you made. Highly recommend!”

“I use Ryder on a daily basis my company leases through them I prefer of all the locations the Cherry Hill Ryder. Specifically for the time and attention Mark puts into fueling and checking my truck making sure that it's ready for the road. He is always helpful with any of my needs and even went out of his way to get me a windshield washer cap that was missing. Mark is the kind of guy you want at all your Ryder locations. Top notch dude. Aside from that the rest of the employees at this location are also top notch and always helpful when needed.”

“This location was the clean, organized and all together the best location to deal with. But this review is mostly because of Melissa, she was ?. I went in the Somerdale, NJ location stressed, and worried about my time frame. Melissa took care of everything. She was caring in dealing with my concerns. And when we came across a problem with my vehicle not able to hook up to their tool , Melissa found the quickest solution. Her personality is kind and understanding. Melissa is by far the best customer service person I've dealt with in a very long time. Thank You So Much Melissa!”
