“A stop in for some tires. I reached out a day before and they had the tires ordered and there first thing in the morning. I had some things to do and they worked with my schedule and had me on the jacks almost as soon as I pulled in. I asked some advice from the tech who handled the questions with experience. Now, I will say I love to come here for the service, but I also ask them to SLOW down a little so I have a chance to walk up the street to Freddy’s for some authentic local cuisine. Lately my favorite as been the morcilla, but I still have to get the ribs, chicken and rice. If you need tires, and need them fast with no hassle and top notch quality, you HAVE to go to Family Tire Center”

To be real though I’ve brought them 3 of my trucks, a 08 Sierra,
11 Silverado, and a 05 6L. They’re the only place I’ve found that does 22s near me, I’ve brought them clean tires and ones that were full of mud and ice inside the tire, broken valve stems and ones with plugs. They’ve never complained about it and it’s always done right.”

I stopped at a gas station to see if I could figure it out myself when somebody told me this shop could take a look for me. The owner was able to get to me pretty and figured out it was just a loose heat shield. He got the work done quick and only charged me $20 for his time. Super good guy.”

“Yesterday I got back from vacation and my truck battery was dead. My neighbor helped me jump it and I was able to make it to North Evergreen before it died at the intersection. The guys at the shop brought out a jump box and helped me across the street. It was 15 minutes before close and they installed a new battery for me in that time. Lucky I died out front of First Choice Auto Repair & Tire Center. Thanks again.”

“I’ve been going here for years. I trust what they tell me and I never feel ripped off. They just installed struts and shocks on my pathfinder and the shock had a manufacture fault. They replaced the shock quickly. The entire staff at Werbany made sure I was safe and replaced what needed replacing without any further charge. Gotta live an auto place that’s trustworthy. “These guys are great!!! We just dropped in with our small motorhome because it was showing a low tire on the inside rear of the dually. They helped us right away! Filled all 6 tires to the suggested factory air, and felt that the sensor was messed up. We will probably take it back in ( with an appointment this time!), to have them fix the the sensor issue.”
