Service is good. I arrived when the store open to get a new cell phone. Picked out exactly what I want in about four seconds . I ended up leaving around 4 o’clock in the afternoon with the phone. In the time it took to open the safe and download the new phone .We overlook the bill And we are still not receiving our first responders rebate which we are promised from the salesforce originally, which was a big reason why we switch from Verizon. We realize that never came off on our first billing cycle a year ago we spent probably eight hours between going to the store and calling customer care. Finally manager reached out to us and said they applied it to the Bill. After sitting in the store all day Saturday, we realize they never took it off the bill.

2/26/24 - I've been an AT&T customer for many years so when I needed to purchase a new phone I first visited my local AT&T store in Rio Grande, NJ. I found the staff not very helpful. I left the store without a purchase. I then found and called the New Road store. From the very moment Kailey answered the telephone she was very pleasant and helpful and I decided I wanted to do business with her - a drive 30 minutes from my local store. After talking with Kailey both over the phone and in person I was very happy that I decided to make the trek to the New Road store where I did make my purchase. My opinion is that the person answering a company's telephone and how they respond to the customer is the best representative a company can have - every company should have a Kailey in their employ.

I wrote review three weeks ago to complaint about a salesman’s (Alex) charging me for items on my new phone plan that were never even discussed while I was buying the phone. Although I then got a response from management stating I would be contacted about it, no contact has yet been made.

I purchased a new iPhone 15. I am NOT a “techie”…I am not proficient in electronics…and I need HELP with these things !!! Fortunately…AT&T has TWO gentlemen who are proficient in electronics…and they graciously agteed to provide me with the technocal expertise I needed !!! THANKS TO AT&T…and Shane and Jared !!!

My special thanks to Shane for helping me with my new phone. I lost my phone this young man helped me not only with new phone and all that intails to get it up and running but to call the place I thought I left my phone. Someone turned it in and they will keep it till I return from vacation. He really went above and beyond!!!! So impressed by this young man!!!! Thank you Shane.

On August 16, 2023 I had excellent customer service with Aliza in the Somers Point NJ store. She was more than helpful and walked me through the entire process of adding a family member to my current account! I am most grateful for her professional assistance and willingness to help me! Absolutely horrible service. Spent 2 hours in the store while they tried to fix a problem they created. Just wanted to add another line on a phone we already had. Went to another AT&T store and immediately got everything taken care of. Will never go to this branch again. But I can say the employees were kind. They just didn’t seem to know what to do.

I went into the store today to return a device since today is my 14th day, the last day of the return policy. When I walked in, I was greeted by the sole employee in the store laying on the flat couch in the rear of the store. He sprung up when I walked in, looking completely disheveled. I informed him I needed to return a defective device, and he immediately told me he couldn't do any returns. I explained to him that it was my 14th day, and he said I would have to go to another location. When I asked why, he said the manager needed to do returns. I asked if the manager was coming in today, and he told me no. First off, if the manager is required to be present to process returns, there should always be a manager on site. Secondly, if that is the case, every employee should be empowered to do everything.I ended up going to an AT&T cooperate store where the return was processed with no issue. The corporate store also informed the watch I purchased on a promotion for no cost had actually expired on April 15th. Had I not returned the device, I would have been charged the full amount. The corporate store also informed me that my plan was changed to "next up" without my knowledge or consent.The last issue is that my wife and I are first responders, and each has our own Firstnet account. We were told by the store manager at this authorized retailer that we couldn't combine our plans because we had Firstnet. The corporate store informed me that, in fact, we could and should combine our plans because it would save money.All in all, I would recommend anyone needing new services or making changes to an existing account, save yourself some headache, and go to a corporate store. The one is Egg Harbor Township is 15 minutes away and will provide a much higher level of service.
