I asked my neighbor Joe, where a service station with a good reputation was.Joe said Point Auto!The manager, Jamie has the biggest heart, and you can tell she wouldn’t work for a dishonest auto shop!Some times things are right in your own backyard and you’re too stubborn or blind to recognize it! “Got struts, brakes and tires here. The car drives far better now. Staff was upfront about costs and worked with me to see what I could afford and what I needed . The process took longer than expected as there was a seized bolt. The staff communicated these hiccups along the way so I was not wondering what was going on.I did have a problem with one of the tires the next day. The staff was more than helpful to correct the problem. I would say, even going above and beyond to do so.Friendly staff and good work at this location ✅”
