“This is the third time I have used them to fix one of my vehicles. The first time , the mechanic spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the problem with my vehicle on the lift. When he came out from under the lift, He showed me the problem, which he fixed, and then said no charge, it was just a quick fix. The second time they fixed my vehicle, it was 1/3 the cost of the estimate given to me by the mechanic down the street. This last time, he fixed my problem in ten minutes and charged me $20! This is the most honest body shop ever. I have been taken by several mechanics over the years, but I have no fear of being scammed by this place. This will be my go to place for all my car needs. “My 2003 SLK Mercedes, (6 gears manual shift) roadster needed a new clutch and a new set of breaks. after consulting the Mercedes dealership in Egg Harbor and two more garages I stopped by Bruces shop. With many old and newer European made cars in the front of his garage I recall that he was recommended some time ago by his daughter in law, I decided to consult him. After talking to him for a while I was convinced of his expertise and I gave him a deposit to order the parts and brought the car to him. Not only did he do an exceptional job on the car, in a very timely manner and very competitive prices- what impressed me more was his deep knowledge of the car , his professionalism , magnetic personality and most importantly the pride that he takes in his work. He stated that he is"old school" and showed me the old parts that he replaced. He was so thorough that he identified that the Mercedes factory actually installed a wrong pulley that caused very rough idling, an issue that the dealership never addressed during all these years.. This is a generation of mechanics that is quickly disappearing . I can only urge you if you are in the area and need a master mechanic to look at your car, to stop by Bruce's Auto Repair at 1711 Tilton Rd in Northfield. It is a true jewel that is very rare nowadays.”

“Someone said "Get there early" so I did and a short line followed me in. We were all taken care of promptly! I was quickly given an estimate for the exhaust repair I needed. Since I was there I asked them to double check to see if they could find any potential issues that might cause me to return in the next year. If they were not a quality operation this would have been an opportunity for them to sell me something I did not really need now. They did check and told me there was nothing else I needed now and that I would be good to go. I was told they ran an honest shop with fair prices. That's true! They are terrific.”
