Unfriendly employee, seems to have very poor experience, he couldn’t tell the difference between tail, signal and brake lights and gave me the wrong lights even after checking them on the computer and going out to see the car. I had to come back to the store and exchange them, he didn’t care or show any kind of respect and acted as he was forced to do his job.

Enzo is the best! After purchasing my battery, he happily put it in my car and also offered to put my headlight lens in. These guys know their stuff. They are friendly, and go out of their way. Please check out the Somers Pt location.

Went into store and store manager Rene very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me put wipers and headlights on for me. You guys are lucky to have a manager like him will continue coming in there.

I wasn't impressed with store at all. It was clean but staff wasn't helpful and was very condescending when speaking with me. Not going back there. There are many other auto parts places and never have any of them been that way towards me. I want to add they did same to another female customer in front of me but when waiting on male customers they were overly friendly...??????

Lucky to have the kind of manager you do Auto Zone.. admittedly I can be not someone that’s pleasant or easy to deal with when things are going rough and I wasn’t blatantly disrespectful or rude. My emotions get away from me and your manager handled it with absolute profession and decency and you have a lifetime customers result thank you and once again I just wanna say sorry if I created any tension you really are good dude and very professional and you were definitely cooler ahead so I thank you and wish you guys well.
