We sent the football fruit tray to our grandson and he loved the chocolate covered pineapple!

My experience was absolutely the worst! ALL of the fruit was sour and it looked like a toddler made the fruit arrangement. I spent $175 and literally threw everything in the trash. I've been trying to get my money refunded for over 2 weeks now but no one is returning my phone calls and corporate gave me a reference number but that's it. I will never buy anything from Edible Arrangements again! I don't recommend it at all!!
Just called corporate again and they got the store on the phone since no one returns calls and they will only refund the cost of the arrangement but there's 100% money back guarantee! It's bull and no one cares but if it was their money it'd be different. I spent close to $175 and they will refund $59 what a joke, can't talk to the owner of the franchise either which is bull too!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE. They tell you they'll refund your money but it's a lie!!! It's a rip off!!!

I ordered by phone because of some difficulty online. The person was friendly and helpful, the order was delivered promptly that day and the recipient said it made her day! And she saved some for her granddaughter who was coming over!

My wife and I live in Maryland, and we ordered from this company in Somers Point, NJ for Mother’s Day. While placing an order for one edible flower arrangement online, the website kept showing an error and asking her to try again. After several attempts, the order finally went through, and we received a confirmation email for one item.
Later, someone from the company contacted my wife and asked if she meant to order one, as their system showed two orders. She explained the issue, and they acknowledged that their website had been experiencing problems. She was told we would be refunded for the second order.
This morning, my mother called and asked if I meant to send her two arrangements. I told her we only ordered one. My wife asked me to check our credit card, and when I did, I saw that we had been charged three times and only refunded once.
When we reached out to the company, they gave us the runaround. They said there wasn’t much they could do since the items had already been delivered, and that they can’t catch every website error. When we asked if they could pick up the extra arrangement—especially since our confirmation only shows one order—they refused and told us we could drop it off if we wanted a refund.
My mother, not wanting us to be scammed, offered to return the extra arrangement herself. So now, on Mother’s Day, she has to leave her home, pay tolls to cross the bridge both ways, and spend part of her day dealing with this mess. If it were a $20 issue, I would’ve taken the loss—but this is about $80.
It makes me wonder how many other people were affected today, especially since the manager made it sound like this was a common.

Unfortunately, I can’t rate this delivery in a positive manner. I received a Mother’s Day gift of basic fruit. The greening at the bottom was old and wilted, and the fruit was dried out. What a heartbreaker for my birthday and Mother’s Day. Next time I’ll get flowers

Excellent customer relations from explaining specials to ordering to delivery with a smile ...not the1st time I've ordered.. and certainly not the last ..made everything so easy and of course the fruits and chocolates were incredible...
