Recently rented a car,while mine was getting repaired, Somers point Enterprise employees were great!! Fast, super friendly, and even drove me back to my car when it was done. Highly recommend !

They really do give you a five star experience. We rented a car for the day, it reeked of smoke we mentioned that and we also noticed that their store didn't honor AARP whereas a different location did. So we got a nice discount for the smoky smelling car as well as our AARP discount. I would recommend the Somers Point and Vineland stores since they go the extra mile.

Called and was able to pick up a car right away. Troy was extremely friendly and was able to help me pick out a car for my needs. Was able to drop off after hours with the key drop. Troy called to let me know the key was received.

Excellent service by Ricky and Troy. My wife and I felt very welcoming and they tried their best and gave the vehicle we want. Some other local Enterpirse location has a hesitation to give us a vehicle, we wanted. I am glad I went to this Somerspoint location of Enterprise.

I would not recommend this Springfield Enterprise rental car. I'm getting to the point I would not recommend enterprise at all, but this organization was the worse. Other enterprise dealerships have done a better job than this one. We reserved a jeep weeks in advance for our trip to the beach. We would've had the jeep for a week. We called prior to to reconfirm our reservation and authorization. We were told we were good to go. We are five minutes from the enterprise office and we called to check in And at this point they let us know that they did not have a jeep. They said the customer decided to extend. Why would you take an authorization or Reservation, if this can occur. We drove one hour from our home to come and get the car just to be five minutes away. Oh it won't be here till tomorrow. It would've taken a manager or someone in the office two seconds to call us and let us know the moment they found out that the reservation on the jeep had been extended. I spoke to Megan and all I got was a 10. I'm sorry's as if that solves the problem. She did not offer any resolution or have a plan to resolve the problem. Other than just come back tomorrow you'll get it in the morning. That was not what we signed up for. We were truly upset and my daughter was unhappy about this whole situation, the customer service was terrible. Resolution skills were terrible and solving the problem was terrible. If I could give it a negative*I would.

My van was in the shop for the past 3 months for repairs after an accident. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I returned the car yesterday and spoke to Angelo a few times over the phone and when I got to the office as well as the manager Briana. Can’t say enough wonderful things about both of them and my experience! Thank you

Terrible experience. They will do whatever they need to do in order to repair their car on your expensive even if you did nothing to the car. Do not use this company!

So thankful this location exists (and the people who work there too).We had been renting from The Atlantic City airport but this last trip we switched to this Enterprise location in Somers Point (we are in Margate so it could not be more convenient). Briana is the Branch Manager and it is very clear why in a matter of knowing her for a few minutes. Talk about excellent customer service!!! She made sure we had the best car for our long drive and met me when I returned the vehicle. The process of pick up and drop off was seamless.Don't let the small location fool you; they are fantastic and we will most definitely be booking with them again next month.
