“I love shopping here. They are attentive when you walk in and immediately ask you for help. The staff on the floor is excellent. However - the cashier staff is lacking. I wont name anybody - but I had a rude experience. The cashier did not say hello, did not look at me and then just handed me the receipt. It was like I was bothering her. I think some of the cashier staff could get some advice from the floor team.”

“Always helpful friendly staff. They really go above and beyond. Fred the manager is just great. They always have an answer to help with my projects and you don't have to wonder the giant lonely halls like some of the other places looking for help. Always get coupons in the mail and most of the time they have some free popcorn. How can you go wrong.”

I then needed help with my toilet repair issues and they have all the parts i need in stock. Now the best part was the doggy who is underpaid but very knowlegeable of all the products in the store. “Have always had great experiences here! Today my husband and I went to look at some outdoor furniture. We didn’t realize that the upstairs portion of the store is run separately and not staffed on weekends. Fortunately, one of the staff members from the hardware store offered to see if she could help us. Brittany went above and beyond to find pricing for us and help us get the table and chairs we liked. Stellar customer service!”

“Went here to get some keys made and a couple didn't work. When I returned the employees were apologetic and remade the keys. This time I brought the lock with me and even after carefully remaking the key it still would not work. They explained this small padlock key is very difficult to copy. Instead of giving up they went and got the most experienced person in the store with the key machine who took 15 minutes and multiple tries to make two working copies for me. They put a lot of effort into a purchase that was only a few bucks. Very impressed and appreciative and will be giving them our business in the future.”

“I went in looking for an outdated part. While, they did not have what I was looking for, Barrett, who was working at the counter, took the time to listen, explain what I needed and directed me to what store would have what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable and personable. Because he took those extra minutes to help me, I’ll be sure to come here first for my future plumbing purchases.”

She spent a lot of time and effort to get it and it wasn't coming up so with her help we picked a color from their paint charts and she went above and beyond again and said let me try something else. She was able to find it and my son was so happy. We would have totally understood but she kept trying until she found it. Thank you Tara! You are amazing!”
