I needed some last minute assistance with some paperwork. I called many places I found on google, and felt like they all made me jump through hoops to get any questions answered or assistance. I called this location and Donna answered. Not only did she offer some quick assistance over the phone but she was able to schedule me the next day! Donna was Super friendly, fun to chat with, and very informative. I absolutely love and appreciate when people have the ability and patience to teach and educate while assisting without making it seem like an inconvenience. I definitely learned more about my needs and am so grateful I found this spot.

I was seen at the exact time of my appointment, which in this day and age is very rare.The office was very clean, and well organized. Donna was extraordinarily polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Couldn't have had a better experience. Would recommend Jackson and Hewitt to anyone who needs to get their taxes done, especially the Somers Point NJ location. Great job, and Thank You Donna.
