It was outstanding. 5 years ago we purchased a mattress at this store . The matress became defective, so we went back to purchase a new one but Ralph then pulled up our order and explained that it may still be covered under warranty. He gave us all the info to apply for to see if it was and it was. Ralph followed up with us and also helped us pick out a new mattress and had it delivered at the exact date and time we needed it. Great job by Ralph and mattress firm.

There were an abundance of various mattresses to test. Our sales rep, Selena, walked us through at least four or five different manufacturers. Explained all the features of the mattress in question. Showing us internal Springs and quality of foam padding. Have to say that Selena was totally knowledgeable with all products. Not only the mattress, but also the adjustable frames. There was no pressure to purchase and she answered all our questions. After about one and a half hours, we decided on our selection. Purchased it on a Thursday and it was delivered and set up on Friday. Definitely a great experience.

I went to mattress firm in Somers point New Jersey to look at mattresses for my new home! I left feeling so happy that I had done research and was helped by Selena, a knowledgeable employee who was patient and professional while I shopped! I ended up buying a beautiful Stearns and foster mattress with a Tempur-pedic base! A big splurge, but why not as sleep is important and I am definitely sleeping better on my new mattress! The delivery guys were on time, Efficient in setting up the bed and showing me how to work the remote control! I did not realize the bed didn’t come with an attachment for the headboard And when I called the store, they quickly took care of the situation at no charge! I would highly recommend mattress firm if you are looking for a new bed! Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm in Somers Point! Selena was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the perfect mattress and so patient while we took our time deciding. Ralph was also a pleasure to work with—both of them made the process feel easy and comfortable, never pushy or salesy. We truly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend the Somers Point location!
