They never have enough lanes open. Very busy yesterday and when I entered a shorter line, the kids turned off his light. Started over in a self checkout line that went 1/4 way down the isle. Only 5 lanes open with long lines. Deli you say? I don't buy pre-sliced anything and refuse to use Dexter to order. Tilton market is more than happy to take care of their deli customers one at a time. Pricing: I guess Shoprite and always save is just a happy memory. And don't even get me started with the stupid, outdated digital coupons. Well...at least it keeps the short staffed courtesy staff busy.

We do mostly online ordering, and 4 out of 5 times there will be an issue. From deli meat being sliced wrong, and pre sliced being disgusting (I have a suspicion that they re label the pre sliced stuff when it's out of code...it's ALWAYS slimy and smells terrible). I've also had problems with ordering cheese and getting a message that they are out of that brand and there are no subs available. So no slicing cheese in the entire deli? We have also had missing items, other customer items delivered, being charged for items we never got etc. also, every time I call to speak with the online ordering dept, they never answer the phone. If we didn't need to order online out of necessity we would never shop there again. PS - I have never encountered a friendly employee in that store. Having worked in retail for 25+yrs I have never seen a more miserable group of people in my life. Do better.

We can never take everything we need for our week at the beach! ShopRite always has a great selection of items that we use. The food is fresh and the customer service is friendly! A great place to shop for out-of-towners!

This is my 2nd time there in the past 7 days. Shelves are not restocked rapidly enough. The produce section was better organized and stocked in the late 1990’s. Happy there are more choices now (I do not mind traveling between stores). We so need a Wegmans here.

I wanted a floral arrangement last minute and decided to go to shop rite as they have a nice florist section with lots of fresh beautiful bouquets. I picked out a bouquet that looked to be in good condition. It was around 5pm. Drove home and had them in water within 15 minutes of buying them. I put water in the vase, the plant food it comes with... woke up at 8am, went to the kitchen to admire my beautiful flowers and about 60% of the bouquet was wilted, brown, dead, drooping, the petal had already begun falling into off. I'm so disappointed! I didn't even get to enjoy them for A SINGLE DAY! I fee like I got ripped off. I've bought flower arrangements from CVS that have lasted longer than these did... and I understand I'm buying flowers at a grocery store ...but it's from the *Florist* at shop rite so I was expecting them to last at LEAST 2-3 days... they didn't even last through the night... I'd ask for a refund but that feels a little unhinged. ...but then again I guess so is writing a Yelp review for the flower section of Shop Rite.

I have recently stopped going to ShopRite due to the lack of customer service but tonight I stopped to the deli because I missed Santori closing by just a few minutes and needed something for tomorrow, myself and the gentleman behind me waited for 15 minutes while there representatives behind the counter rushed to fulfill the mobile app orders, I would have gladly waited longer were it not for the absence of acknowledgment to either of us by any of the representatives…a customer on the phone, in a fax, or app is still a customer but when did it become acceptable protocol to ignore the customer in front of you.

I place a large online catering order from this location and was impressed. The only thing I would change is that you cannot add a smash cake to your online order. It was an easy experience and I would have them cater my next event.

So tired of the deli orders being wrong. Since you can no longer order other than dexter it seems the staff doesn't care how the lunchmeat is cut! If you ask for thin it should be thin! Did I mention the pre sliced cheeses???? Cheese ends almost every.single.time. The prices aren't good enough to tolerate poor service@
