Great experience --- clear communication, work done on time, and prices were very reasonable. I will definitely come back here again if we are in the area and need work done on our bikes. Definitely recommend the shop if you're in need of work on your bike(s).

I did not have a good experience with this bike shop. I took my bike in mid June and it took about a week for them to even look at it. What a disappointment when I picked it up and the bike was still making the same sound as when I dropped it off. I was told they did not hear a sound 🤷♀️. I found a different shop and it was repaired properly in a few hours time.
Just to respond to their reply, I picked my bike up June 18 (under Roni) after it was there for multiple days.

I have a three-wheel bicycle that needed new brakes. The only way to get it to the shop was putting it in the back of a pickup truck. The owners actually came to my house to pick the bike up for me. Very satisfied and very happy with their service great family run busines. I would definitely recommend them. And I love their name even more. It was very easy to find a bike shop here in Somers point just by typing in bike shops in Somers point. One other name came up but they were located in Margate, a little confused.

Excellent customer service. Easy to work with, quick, trustworthy, kind, considerate & communicative. Pam & Jim helped us out when my son’s LECTRIC bike battery stopped working & other bike shops told me they wouldn’t work on that brand. They took care of communication with the bike company (the battery was still under warranty), promptly fixed the bike, and we had a refund for parts & labor from the bike company the next day.
Our only regret was not going here sooner!
Highly recommend for your bike needs at the shore.

I’m a year round cyclist. I’m always in need of tires and tubes. This shop always has them. Rob and his partner know their stuff about bikes. No matter if it’s a regular pedal bike or an electric bike. If you ever need anything go see these guys! They’re always professional and prices are very reasonable.

New Lease on Life - Took my twenty-year old Sun 3-speed in for new tires, tubes, a chain, and a tune-up, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I got a fair estimate, fast service, and quality workmanship. Now I'm back in the saddle again thanks to Somers Point Cycles. Great job!

Had a problem with my tire and needed a replacement. I called and asked if they had my size. When I arrived they had three different types of my tire out. I picked one and they installed it immediately. Such excellent service with no notice. So happy I found them!
