Really bad experience couple minutes ago at drive-thru window, only tried to deposit $350.00 in my spouse account, the clerk asked me for my ID and my social security number... I never been asked for my social # in TD window, my ID is not a big deal, but WTH she needs my full social security number for a simple $300 cash deposit? I'm a 14 yrs TD client and never experienced something similar, of course I asked for the money back and drove away... New rules??? Or what was her purpose?

14 minutes and have not been greeted. 2nd person in line. 2 employees are sitting at their desks and refuse to help. What in the actual hell is going on here?????? ARE YOU OPEN?????????????????????????

Worst service ever, As a property management business I thought I was doing the teller a favor by leaving over 24 deposits saying I'll stop back for them, When I came back they were not complete I said well just finish up while I wait and her response was that's what happens when you leave and come back, so from now on I will stand there for 40min holding up a line with one teller!! Worst customer service EVER

Turning away people saying too many people in building when there’s no one at the tellers window. I understand restrictions due to COVID but when the teller is standing there doing nothing

Worst TDBank in the area. Lines are always long with one cashier.Today, due to COVID limited access for lobby. I completely understand, except, now only allow 5 people inside. All 5 people sitting at desks. Nobody at teller windows and customers are being turned away. Told yo go thru the drive through or wait out in the cold.I should have learned from past experiences, stick to EHT and Northfield
