I cant say all people are bad, or all people have bad intentions, but I can say tort law is real and people need to know and learn this law if your dealing with Melanie at this location. I did have a case open and escalated to the top right away. This lady thinks its ok to take photos of my information to take home and show her boyfriend how young I look, well thats what she claimed at first. She told the postmaster a different story. All I wanted was a passport that's it. I didn't give her or anybody else consent to take any of my information outside of that post offcie. I will be talking with the press as this is a trust issue with melody who works for the usps and customers personal information after my attorney gets back to me with what actions I can take to make sure this dont happen again. She needs to be fired. It's unprofessional and me personally I already had identity theft and I dont trust nobody i dont know. Sad part the postmaster knows and she still doing people passports.

If I had to say which PO in Atlantic County is my favorite, has to be Somers Point. Larry and his wing woman, always keep the line moving. The manager also comes and takes customers at the side register, it’s one of the busier locations. Sometimes the PO takes abuse, but you can be sure they will be professional, courteous and will get you the best rate for what you’re trying to ship.

The best service for passport appointments. The gentleman at the counter was polite and patient. Unlike Mays Landing and Pleasantville where both times I went there they had short attitudes.

Went for an appointment to get my passport, Pricilla and Mr.Daryl helped me out and they couldn’t be any more kind and helpful. They know what they’re doing and make you feel welcomed. The world needs more people like this!

Always a wonderful experience. Not only are they quick and efficient but they are very respectful and relatable. A long can make for irritated people, (I live in Somers Point so I’ve been in many of them, especially around the holidays). I’ve watched these workers handle those people, calm, cool and collected,with a big smile on their faces..I work in the customer service industry so I know how hard it is to do. The staff and service is 10 out of 10. I’m glad they are my local post office. Thank you all!!!

I have been missing packages ($240)that were supposed to be forwarded to my new addresss, I called Brian who told me he would check and I should call him back the next day. He was off the next day actually 2 days in a row. I went in instead and was told the supervisor was looking into it and would call me back after I left. Never received a call it has been a couple days now.

Stopped in to buy stamps and mail/ship two items on a Saturday at 12:55 PM. Although the guy behind the counter was helping someone, I noticed right away he was checking me out. When it was my turn, I asked for suggestions on an envelope or a box that would fit my two items. The postal worker immediately became irritated that I had question. He stated they are closing at 1:00 PM, to take a box, and then come back Monday.I responded back in the same tone and said thank you for letting me know and I’d be quick if he could help me. This was not well received by the postal worker and he told me to leave because they were closed. It was 1:00 PM.Fantastic (customer) service!
