Had a problem with my VHF radio, spoke with Gary at the store. He told me a few things to try before I bought a new radio. Sure enough one of the things he suggested was the problem. Saved me from buying a new radio. Can't ask for better customer service!!

Was so excited to buy my boat new speakers. Picked up a set advertised and priced at $129.99. Alomg with the other four in stock on shelve. I go to check out and they were coming up as 179.99. I ask the lady to look and she said they were put out and priced wrong. They were all priced and false advertised wrong. I am now out $50 bc they priced all the items wrong and did nothing about it. speakers and other items i got were also priced wrong as well. It isnt that difficult to stock the shelves with the right price.

Interested in buying a BBQ grill for our boat. Narrowed to Kuuma Stow N Go 160 or Magma Cabo. This was the only store near us that had both of those in stock. Made the hour drive so we could see in person. They were on the shelf in boxes, not displayed. Salesman came to assist, I said it's kinda hard to decide on a grill when they are not on display, he agreed and just read the info on the boxes to us- I did that online already. Disappointed, I took the MarineTex I needed to the register. Different sales guy at register. I said we were disappointed, came to look at grills and they are all in boxes, hard to make a decision when they are not on display. "yeah, we don't stock too many of them". Maybe I should have been more direct and specifically asked them to open them, but at that point I decided I'd just order something from an online vendor.

Store was only 50% filled with stock. They didn't have any of the items I needed. Either their supply chain is all screwed up or they are closing the store.

My husband was there today and was treated very rudely by the two salesmen in the store. When asked about using his store credit which they couldn’t acces my husband became upset . The man told him if he didn’t like lt here to shop somewhere else. No respect! Poor customer service!! We already spent over $1,000 atWest Marina Sommers Point when we purchased our new boat. We will NEVER shop there again! Disrespected!!
